He got me the 2 phones that myself my daughter wanted and was just overall super helpful answering all of my questions no matter how dumb they sounded lol.   2. Came in on a Wednesday morning. Only two customers in store and 3 employees that we saw. Another showed up while we were waiting. After 17 minutes of waiting one of the customers left so I decided to leave after waiting another 5 minutes. What happened to this store. Shipped here for years. No wonder their only rated a 3.8. Never come here again

  3. Angel has a very poor customer service so he either needs full coaching on that or needs to get fired for not being helpful, and I’ve always had issues with Verizon, so me and my partner are leaving Verizon for that specific reason and we’re moving to Att&T

  4. Why would you have a storefront if you can’t help the people that come in the store? They made me wait 25 minutes just so they could give me a paper with a phone number. If I wanted to call or go online I would have done that. Literally the only benefit of having Verizon is for support and customer service. If I wanted to do everything online or on the phone I would go with a different provider. Which will be doing now. Verizon is terrible now!

    Verizon team in the Northridge Mall in Salinas provided excellent service. We weren’t looking to get new phones. Not only did we get new phones, but we switched carriers and added apple/google watches. My husband and I were very happy with the service we received today.

    My mom and I both had a great experience working with Naomi at this Verizon location. She went above and beyond to help problem solve when setting my mom’s phone up. When I went to buy my phone, Naomi went out of her way to acquire my phone from another location and brought it to the store for me to pick up on her day off. The man I bought my phone from, who I believe was the manager, was also very helpful and patient. I will definitely return for any future phone needs.
