  1. This journey began 6 months ago march 5, 2018. My sister had broken her phone like no other. Sadly i was unable to to take a picture of sed phone due to the lack preparation on my part. Jared was pur first victim in dealing with our issues and as desperate attempt to escape he calls up an interview with a maybe new member of the team. Then he throws Andrew at us, oh that poor man. Thinking he may not make it back to his family and ice cream. Luckly he acted swiftly and avoided any harm. He really did have excellent customer service and made our time very pleasant! I dont remember who the beautiful women was but she was very friendly. We got her a new phone a S9. Thank you for helping this long journey come to a close. It took many moons to drag my sister then.

  2. Worst experience ever! I’ve been with Verizon for 25plus years. If I weren’t under contract I’d switch carriers. Lie after lie. They sold a phone I’d ordered in for Christmas. Lied about it when I went to pick it up and now it’s back ordered. Hidden fee’s. Beware if you order through Verizon directly it will save you 30.00 per line that is store charges. And it’s not the activation fee that gets added to your bill.

  3. I went there to get 2 new phones and plans started with verizon. Braxton and Nathan were extremely helpful and explained everything very clearly and made it a very pleasant experience

  4. Josh has wasted my time and money. I bought my wife and I a new phone, and watches. The phone was supposed to be free, and the watched as well. Now I’m being billed the whole amount for everything. Months later and nothing has changed. If I could return everything, I would.

    I upgraded my phone a week ago at another location. When my data was transferred from my old phone it wasn’t done properly. I walked in about 15 minutes before close to get it fixed. Kole was the only employee working. He was more than happy to make sure all my data was transferred to my new phone, even though it meant he had to stay late. Very professional, kind, and went above and beyond. You can tell he is invested in doing his job to the best of his ability. Any employer would be lucky to have this young man working for them. I’m happy to say that ALL of my apps and data were transferred successfully! His willingness to sacrifice a small window of his time has literally saved me hours of my own. Give that man a raise!

    These guys want to sell you everything in the store. Very clear they work on commission. Told the guy I wasn’t interested in their hearing Aids and he wouldnt stop pushing them onto me. Asked about upgrading an iPhone and he told me no because the device wasn’t paid off so they couldn’t do their promotions. When clearly their promotions are a scam. Was ripped off 800 dollars from their last “promotion ” Waste allot of time trying to sell you products you’re not interested in.Was told since the previous guys working didn’t apply my promotion I’m out 800 dollars. Once my devices are paid off we are going to another carrier. Since going 5G Verizon coverage is terrible. I’m the only one with no service while everyone I’m around has full bars with sprint and T-mobile Daniel was very arrogant and pushing products onto customers.

    After multiple problems and with this location specifically, I can finally give an honest review. Do not trust a word these guys say, if they tell you something, absolutely get in writing. Very dishonest and will try to blame anything but themselves. Update: after switching over to a different carrier, I was informed that the salesman that helped us (Joseph) put us into a 36 month contract for the devices. What was originally sold to me as a trade in, was actually a contract for 36 months of financing. Joseph is one of the most dishonest people I have ever worked with, do yourselves a favor and stay away from these guys.

    I stopped by this store to see if I could get service transferred to Verizon. There was one associate there helping someone else. I was not greeted or even told anything like, I’ll be with you in a minute. So I sat there and waited for fifteen minutes and finally asked when the next appointment might be available, and she said, probably within about 30 minutes. Well had I known that 15 minutes earlier or been greeted, I would have known I couldn’t wait that long at lunch. Tell your associates to greet customers. It’s not that hard.

    I came in and got 2 new phone and a laptop. They didn’t have the phone I wanted in stock which was fine. But then said we will have the whole order ready to go the next morning and we will be in and out. Yeah 2 hours later. If the rep I was working with wasn’t texting on his phone in the middle of helping us could have sped the process up. Then they never asked if I wanted to set the phones up. They just started doing it and I was charged $70 for it. I’m a very experienced person when it comes to tech. So I didn’t need to pay someone $35 per line to set up my phones. So I felt ripped off there. It took him over 20 minutes on each phone because he would go back to texting on his phone between each step. I noticed what happened when my wife asked why did you have them setup the phones you always do that stuff on your own. Then I realized what happened there. They never once offered for me to set up the phone or explained to me I would be charged $35 for them to set it up. To pay someone $35 per phone is ripping someone off. That guy waisted alot of my time and charged me $70 for it. Very unpleased with my last visit to Verizon. For the first time I finally felt partially ripped off by Verizon Wireless. Also their attitude changed towards us once we declined to buy accessories. I already spent over $400 that day and they kept being persistent for us to keep buying more. Then it turned to waisting my time after that. I have been with Verizon for almost 4 years now and this was the first time I felt like this about the store.

    Very Very unprofessional staff. Very rude to customers Waiting for the store to open for an hour and a half which I knew but traveled 3 hours to get her before they opened. 20 minutes before they opened an employee ( Brenda store manager showed up and was very rude she said in a very loud and rude tone (YOU NEED TO NOT BE IN FRONT OF MY STORE) explained I was waiting to go into Verizon she said (ME TOO AND YOU NEED TO LEAVE MY STORE AND GO STAND SOMEWHERE ELSE). I cannot believe how they treat customers she could have been polite about it. I will be making a complaint to Corporate.

    Associates are really well to work with and are knowledgeable. I trust them to do their jobs in a timely manner and to offer the best deals possible to you. Avoid the nearby Verizon authorized retailer at the nearby mall.

    Lockers with 24-hour access are a great idea, but when they don’t work, VERY FRUSTRATING! Had to call customer service 4 times to finally get competent help. Been a Verizon customer for 10 years but it might be time to shop around. :{
