UPDATE: 9/25/21 Had phone issues again🙄 same rep from maybe Jan, Daniel, (phones are phones he said were low quality in our 1st visit) I reminded Daniel that our phones had been purchased on-line because at the time Verizon was closed, he said so it was our fault, “Daniel do you own Verizon? The phones were purchased on-line because the physical stores were closed) he was so rude, major attitude and when I the customer of over 18yrs, gave back attitude he said he was getting another rep for us and walked away, told the person with the tablet that he needed to change customers and went on his merry way, to sit down. No problem Daniel 1st time you were polite and this time goodness you were so cross. A rep named Seth happily helped us out, he’s so professional 👏 😄 👌 problem solved. When you work in customer service which Verizon reps do, it should be understood that your paycheck comes from all the $$ Verizon makes from the many customers they have, I being one of them. Seth will be our go to guy, he’s been with the company many yrs, and hopefully stays for many more. Never will I allow Daniel to assist us in any way, he actually was extremely disrespectful and plainly gives Verizon a horrible reputation.. If you’re looking for a professional rep while at Verizon Seth is greatly recommended
    1/2021Limited services, I understand, but check in rep wants to give everyone a paper w a # on it so you can call a tech. Which I had already done, I really needed someone to look at 3 of our 4 phones. Rep who helped me was very polite, helpful and professional, he did say that our phones were cheap and low quality well, Verizon with the pandemic and you closed on line purchase was the way to go. A little strange that Daniel would talk bad about a product that was purchased from Verizon (that’s where his paycheck comes from?) Hope phone issues stop, 🙄

  2. Easy to access store. I had an appointment and it started on time. It took two people and one hour to get an issue I had been having with Verizon escalated. The people at the store work diligently with their phone contact who also did their very best. This is just a problem with Verizon management and systems. They finally got it worked out! I have been using Verizon for many many years and never had to go into the store until now. Cheers for the people at the store!

    I went to a main Verizon store.earlier looking for a Sim card so I could buy used iPhone SE from Amazon for my son. The main office sent us over to a contract Verizon store. We went to the one at Mesilla Valley Mall in Las Cruces New Mexico. There we were greeted by a helpful kind knowledgeable & honest person who told me he would check for coupons and promotions for my Verizon account. He told me about so much available that I knew nothing about that I was able to take care of several things our family actually really needed. Every step of the way, I could tell Alexander S was a very honest and personally kind person. The worker to his left I didn’t get his name, but he was also cluing as soon as small things here and there that showed me he had the same kind spirit Alexander S did. I mean they really took sincere quality time and work with people there that made you feel really good about what was going on. It was really helpful that they worked through things at a natural unrushed pace so I really got the chance to understand. I added a line for the iPhone,and an Apple Watch I got for just the price of taxes. we also moved another family members line over to my account so we would get some discounts for everyone. These are really good people at this store, some of the most helpful and kind I have ever dealt with. they deserve to be known for the really good work that they do through their own personal kind initiative.

    I had some issues getting a phone ordered and then subsequently get my account resolved because of it…it’s too long to go into detail but when I came in yesterday and dealt with Austin he was very nice, professional and knew exactly what to tell me. And then today with Stephanie she got everything solved quickly and efficiently. She listened to my life story and when I realized my debit card was missing showed me how to use the card saved on my Apple Pay. I’m so glad I decided to come into this store. It was my first time and I was completely happy with everyone there.

    Absolutely on the top of the list for the worst customer service ever! Look to upgrade my wife’s phone for a surprise birthday gift. No service communication other than him relaxing on the counter and pointing from across the room. I would not spend any hard earned money at this store. Bad experience.

    I just called and explained that I was interested in upgrading my parents Phones’s. The young lady said that she would have to see the phone and couldn’t give me any options over the phone. I told her that would be fine that I was around the corner and would be right there. I am now here and there is a sign on the door. Closed for lunch. Be back at 2:10.

    Busy store, more staff would help but they were professional and if they did not know the answer off hand they did look it up quickly. Covid rules allow one customer in the store at a time. All the high capacity memory phones were special order, I did however get a decent phone which will accept a memory card.
