  1. I was treated excellent here. Ever gave me handy information I don’t get from many cell phone reps. Most of them know how to sell me an extra charger but not how to fix a technical phone issue. He knew the products well, too. Even the nerd parts most of us don’t really care about.

  2. I was immediately attended by Ever when I walked into the shop. He was extremely informative and did everything he could to get me the best deal possible. He didn’t rush the sale and was patient with every question I had. He is technically savvy with both Apple and Android systems. Awesome experience! Thank you.

  3. I’m not one for reviewing good or bad but yesterday’s experience is one I feel I need to do.

    Switched over from sprint/t-mobile. Never gone through this process. Ever (hopefully I’m remembering correctly) was top notch customer service. Probably the best customer service experience I’ve had in my life. He made the transition smooth and assisted in more ways then was expected. Dude seriously needs a raise. Typically I lack patience during situations like these however Ever made everything 💯!!!

  4. Eric was courteous and knowledgeable. I somehow cracked the glass on the camera lens and Eric found me a good deal on a trade on. As a side note we have been Verizon customers since the company’s inception many years ago in Pennsylvania.

  5. Daniel was excellent to work with! Not only was he kind and knowledgeable, he handled pressure with ease. I was the first one at the store and their internet was down. He was able to get everything set up for me with his Hotspot. He was never stressed, just totally professional! Amazing leadership skills! I’m so glad I went to that particular store that day 🤗

    Our upgrade was a huge problem due to a system glitch. As a result we spent several hours at the Verizon store in Harlingen TX. During that time our rep (Juan) tried every conceivable path to make our upgrade to new iPhones and an iPad work. The system glitch occurred in the middle of the process so our account froze. Juan sought help from other associates and was patient with corporate tech support (more than I would be) and eventually got all devices upgraded and on a new plan. While we were there (again it unfortunately took several hours) we witnessed the other staff (particularly Jesse) work with numerous customers. He was extremely friendly and patient with customers who had a wide variety of issues including quite a few who came in struggling with basic phone operations and app specific questions. I hope to not have to return with issues or an upgrade anytime soon but if I did I wouldn’t hesitate to return to this store. Thank you Juan and Jesse!

    Sadie saved me today I have had great experience with her today she went over and beyond for me. I’m glad I came into the store instead of buying online.
