4 months agoI was going through an emergency where I had to leave my home. I only had $6.00 to my name. The manager and staff were so friendly and supportive they made me feel not only comfortable but safe!!! They helped me get what I could afford and it was delicious!!! Thank you so much for this needed experience!!!3 months agoIf I could give 0 I would I work for the health department so I knew better but my kids just had to have chicken from here. My chicken was not done I brought a 12 piece chicken only. When I say none of the chicken was done none, so with that I will be back as soon as I do my paperwork 😉4 months agoJust left the KFC on Austin Peay. I order a 2 pc Chick combo. When I got home, I opened my bag and inside it was 5 packets of hot sauce. I didn’t asked for hot sauce. Garbage is where it went. 2 weeks agoI sent someone yesterday to get me a chicken sandwich meal and my sandwich was hard as a hockey puck and my fries were limp. I tried to call back and got no answer. I took the food back the next day and instead of making it right she got smart with my friend and didn’t want to make the order right. I will not be patronizing this location again. Money l wasted and I was still left hungry.9 months agoDisappointing. I ordered 2 – 3 piece chicken dinners. 1 with mashed potatoes and gravy, with cole slaw. The other green beans and macaroni and cheese So I start eating the chicken leg, while hubby is driving . Get home open the green beans eat one by hand, no problem. But once I sit to eat , I notice a black spot on the green beans. A dam Roach cooked into the beans. Trashed food immediately afterwards, sickening4 months agoOn 6/12/2023, coming from my doctor’s office, I had to pick up a prescription at the Walgreens not far from the Kentucky Fired Chicken in the same vicinity. Since I hadn’t eaten lunch, I decided to get an order of wings from Kentucky Fried Chicken. I drove up to the speaker and the young lady asked me what I wanted to order. I stated that I had noticed that there was not any chicken wings on the menu. She stated that there was not anymore. I decided that I wanted the child’s chicken nugget. She said ok. I couldn’t move because the line was long from the window. Again she asked me what I wanted and I repeated it reminding her that I had told her this about three minutes before. She argued that I hadn’t but I knew that I had because I really was disappointed over the fact that they had taken the wings off the menu. She got excessively loud and then said “Well, what do you want?” In the background I heard someone say, “I am so proud of you, Destiny”. I felt insulted!! What did I do? I was not hostile. I only stated a fact. I then told them that I did not want anything. With that kind of attitude, I was concerned whether or not they would contaminate my food- God forbid. What were you so proud of? First of all, she was arguing with me. Second, could you have been proud of the fact that she didn’t use profanity on me – something that you were use to her doing? I am so disgusted with this location. I have had other dissatisfied orders there with cold chicken to “we’re out of”. No matter how many times I try to give this place a chance, it always disappoints. The last time I visited this location was in May of 2022. I will never go there again. I am done.3 months agoI was at the Perkins location near Knight Arnold order two macaroni and cheese Bowl meals one 8 piece nugget. The young lady who took my order her attitude was so bad I almost pulled from the window. When I approached the window to get my food I didn’t get one of my drinks and her attitude was still bad. Get to the hospital with my sister food nasty and cold. Never want any more food or anything else from this location ever.2 months agoI made 2 food orders and they charged me for 3, I did not receive the return of the third order arguing that if we received it when the third order does not even appear on the receipts, scammers.

My sons account but I’m his mother and I made the post…..I just left kfc went drive through and cashier was already rude and silly. I gave my order dat their 15 minutes before I was told too pull up. I waited 30 minutes no food. So I went cashier sassy. I get my food any because we don’t have lights. My food was ok but I thought it was laughable that the driver cashier act like she didn’t see me and didn’t acknowledge that she never gave me my food. As I was leaving the manager said thank you. So I said thank you told her it wasn’t great service. Never again but just yesterday great service. Over it. 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂#$15 what a joke.🧐😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂1/2 star review.
The food was FABULOUS and a great value since I ordered a deal in the app. I got 8 pc fried chicken plus 8 tenders, 3 family sides & 4 biscuits for only $30 and this time they gave me generous portions of the family sides. There was a new Mgr. The only negatives were SNAIL SLOW service and all around the entrance here always smells like homeless ppl camp here and use the pavement for a toilet. Seriously, it’s almost enough to make me go somewhere else.
I ordered 2 $20 fill up boxes. I was only given 1 box of 4 pieces of chick and 2 boxes of nuggets and fries. I also ordered 1 #1 all white meat in baked. I got a thigh and drumb stick. And what the hell were these shriveled up hard hocky pucks they called biscuits?
The restaurant was dirty. They were out of crispy chicken and when trying to get diet Pepsi it sprayed all over my sister as the nozzle flew off. We told employees about it but no one fixed it while we were there. We were the only customers there so they had plenty of time to clean and fix things. No salt on the tables too. And the napkin dispensers were a mess. One even popped open all over the table. I will never come here again and hoping I don’t wake up with food poisoning. Oh and I had the KFC Bowl. It was ok at best but not like other KFC’S I’ve eaten at. The corn in it was tough and the chicken had little flavo
I do not understand why the attendant at the window request customer not to pull up to the drive through window. It took approximately 5-10 mins before the drive through line was allowed to move again. Is the location scored on how long a customer is sitting at the window to obtain their order?
