- Reviews:I called to ask about when someone could come out to look at my water heater , after calling two other places who had a 2-3 days wait. The operator told me they could get to my house the same day within a couple hours!! I was so happy. Brian arrived with a smile on his face and ready to get to work. He gave me good , clear , information about my water heater and then once we came to a conclusion what needed to be done, he communicated well with me and my husband who was on the phone with us. He made sure understood pros and cons. Very personable and friendly and great communication! Highly recommend this place! You will not regret it. Cleaned up the work space very nicely when done. Our system is old and needing to replaced. Elliot came out and went through everything we needed, explained the financing, and was extremely nice and answered any questions we had. The process was simple to do the financing and get us started for a new system! Would definitely recommend!
We have used Atchley Air since it was Oren Atchley Company in the seventies and worked on our window a/c unit after hours when no one else would.
We have always been treated with respect, professionalism and have felt that we received great value for our money.
Gage just finished our contract inspection, noted an upcoming problem and had the correct part to repair it while here, a fact greatly appreciated because it avoided a possible harried service call in the dead heat of summer.
I especially appreciate your office ladies who are courteous and responsive to our needs. I have worked a similar service call desk before and know theirs can be a thankless, under appreciated task, but they never get ruffled or upset with us.

Logan was a perfect gentleman. He was very cordial and knowledgeable. He did what was needed and cleaned up any mess there might have been. I really like Atchleys and am happy to hear they do plumbing now. They are good and honest. I will always call them when I have any problems with air, heat and plumbing. Jeff did a great job! He got our unit all ready for Spring / Summer and answered some extra questions we had. He know his job and gave us some great suggestions. Very polite and courteous.
