a month agoUsed pump #9 to buy gas. When asked if I wanted a car wash I chose Yes. Pump asked which wash and I picked $14 one. Instantly a message popped up saying CAR WASH CODES NOT AVAILABLE. then the pump switched screens to the lift handle and choose grade, which I did and pumped 14.447 gallons at a cost of $50.12. Did not get the discount on gas purchase, did not get a car wash. Drove around and explained what happened to the manager. His only advice was that the next time I came in I should use a different pump. The next time I buy gas it will be at a different station. Guess I will have to renew my membership at Tidal Wave.3 months agoI have always liked this car wash. However lately these kids working there with no supervision are not doing their job. The do not spray the cars and before the car even starts moving into the car wash they are already back in the building. I have the unlimited wash and go on a regular basis and it seems to be getting worse. I may be looking for a new car wash soon4 months agoThe best car wash in Rocky Mount hands down!! It doesn’t matter what car wash you get, your car is guaranteed to be clean. Vacuum cleaners are free with any car wash and if you notice your vehicle still is dirty, talk to a supervisor or manager, they’ll either personally clean it for you, or send you back through the wash at no extra cost.2 months agoNice nice wash and friendly employees. They have memberships you can sign up for which is great if you get alot of car washes throughout the week.a year agoI ran my Jeep thru this car wash on Monday and the brushes grabbed my factory rack on top of my Jeep Cherokee and broke it. I filed a claim before I left. This morning the manager called me and very rudely told me they do not cover damage to vehicles that are more than 10 years old because they are brittle. Well folks that’s probably more than half the vehicles on the road. Their car wash damaged my vehicle thru no fault of my own and they won’t fix it. Word of advice…..take your vehicles elsewhere. Mine will never go back to this one. Tell me what looks brittle about my Jeep. 🤬

3 months agoI went to get a simple oil change and the experience was terrible. First off they lost my oil cap (i don’t know how that even happened). But they went to go get me another one which I had to wait on. I leave thinking everything is ok until I hear scrapping coming from under my car. THEY DIDNT EVEN STREW THE BOTTOM OF MY CAR BACK. I didn’t even go back at that point because obviously they had to much going on. The service was terrible and very unprofessional. I would not recommend. But if you do decide to visit this company make sure you pay attention and make sure they are doing everything correctly!!6 months agoThis good place all employees very professional did great job and telling you wants need be done to your vehicle. Felt I was treated with respect.2 years agoIf you have only been here for the best car wash package in town and not experienced the auto lube team, you are missing out. Dudley, Harold, Oscar are outstanding and so professional. I pulled in for a quick brake light fix and they treated me like I was their only customer. They introduced themselves, opened the door for me and just were fine young men. You can tell the owners run a great business and hire top notch employees. I have a car wash subscription on all of my cars and it pays for itself in a car wash and a half. It is hard to find great service but here you will find it. Don’t go anywhere else. Thanks to everyone at Shell Auto Lube!!a year agoThis place damaged my car during a routine oil change and refuse to pay for the damages.I got an oil change last week and they were unable to remove the oil filter (or cap) that THEY had put on from the last oil change I received from them. In their efforts to try to get it off they damaged my car causing ALL of my oil to run out my car every time I accelerated. My car shut off 2 times in the middle of the highway and 2 times in my jobs parking lot. They REFUSE to pay for the damages because I will not let them or anyone affiliated with them touch my car and elected to take it to the Toyota dealership. The manager “Dee” although not rude refuses to see their fault in this situation. Their “corporate” representative was rude as well. My car is only 9 years old and only 150+ miles so it is not wear and tear on my car that caused this so they should be held responsible. Since they do not want to pay for the damages then I will seek legal representation.
