2 months agoI wash my vehicle often. This time was not to my expectations. I paid for the $20 dollar wash. The blowers, at the end, were not working. Never has happened before. So, I drove home and toweled it off. In the grand scheme of things, this wasn’t major. However, it was an inconvenience. I tried calling the carwash. Good luck with that.4 months agoAlways quick fast and quality vacuums and the older gentlemen that wears the hat with the long beard , he is always making sure your car gets a nice rinse down before going into the car wash , appreciate the time he takes to give it that extra shine! Once again, Gracie was so pleasant & helpful. She has such a good attitude about helping customers, even if it means sorting through the dirt & filth in the vacuum system to find a key. She is a huge asset to Fast Lane, and keeps me coming back as a customer. Thank you, Gracie!Fantastic customer service! I sucked up my car key into the vacuum and the attendant (Gracie, I think) was so helpful. She opened it up and we couldn’t find it so she offered to look for it later and call me if found. She did call a day later and had found it! She had such a pleasant attitude about going above and beyond. Thank you for having such great people working for you.
2 months agoOwners are very lazy. I lost my keys there and I know for a fact the worker picked them up. Contacted them twice still no keys. In fact they ve said they do not have them and did not pick them up. Noone home except my and you6 months agoI think it’s a great car wash. I have a membership(cheaper that way). The only thing I don’t like is it’s not spot-free. There are spots after the wash they state it’s spot-free & it’s not, so that’s my only complaint… It’s not horrible, but it’s irritating to see little spots after the wash especially for the money I put out…its a $18 wash. The rest of it’s great, fast if you’re in a rush, which who isn’t.

4 months agoA real scam with this place and Morton Salt. I was sent to this place for an inspection and failed my trailer because it was dirty and I had to pay 60 bucks to have it blown out even though the trailer was immaculate. Nothing came out when they blew out the trailer……because it was perfectly clean. I attach photographs of it prior to their ‘inspection’ I took them because I heard other drivers complain about their scam.So drivers take note that the pics show a trailer they rejected because it was dirty!!!!

Even air dried so I could pickup at Morton. $106 for refer trailer wash, inspection seal so you go right to dock door if one is open, high pressure air dry, plugs. Friendly folks2 years agoThese guys always do a great job. While they say they will fix any problem or issue on a truck wash or trailer washout I have yet to have any. Better value then at Blue Beacon and better quality!!

This place was TOP NOTCH.
As a fun bonus, the employees were super well dressed. That doesn’t clean your car, but it does illustrate the professionalism of the whole place.
Went through the carwash and car was still dirty went and ate came back through and they barely sprayed my car because they recognized me from earlier car was still dirty after second wash. At 17$ per wash that’s not acceptable luckily I have a membership. The ones in Wichita and Salina do a much better job with employees that actually care.
Been to many car washes like this and this place offers damp towels to wipe your car and the vacuums are strong. Had a bucket by vacuums to collect the towel when done and had a great dry brush mat cleaner. Was impressed and prices were great
Before I went through the car wash I was told they were having trouble with the chain and track it was going to be a minute, then when I finally went through the track took off my valve stem leaving me with a flat tire. And Management said it was my problem. This company will not admit that it was there fault. The next day I went back to talk to them they we’re fixing the track. And still they will not help me pay for my flat tire. Do Not go here Management is a crook.
Excellent Staff, Your vehicle, no matter how dirty or how many bugs on your windows, your car is absolutely clean, dry and shiny when it comes out of the wash! Very happy customer!!
