3 months agoABSOLUTELY THE BEST AUTOMATIC CAR WASH IN NORTHWEST INDIANA. Besides getting a superb wash. The early bird special is ONLY $6 before 9a or after 6p AND that still includes the FREE vacuum, mat washer and shampoo. OMG!!!! Yet the best kept secret is the mini blower to get those crumbs out of those hard to reach areas. You will never go to another car wash.3 months agoI love coming here. You can buy the cheapest wash and still get a great wash. You get to vacuum for free when you are all done as well! You get the same wash for 5 bucks that you get across the street for $15. You seriously cant beat the price. I come here once a week on my day off and this week the gentlemen that’s usually operating the car wash entrance offered to take oil off my vehicles windshield if the car wash did not remove it. Need to note that it’s been on my windshield for two weeks and came from driving under the trains in Chicagos West Loop. Not only did he take the oil off but he used a wax so as not to harm the glass and cleaned it up afterwards. I’ve been a customer off and on for years. My car was damaged and the car behind me and they are not responding to my emails. I also have video footage of my car before it was washed the shut down the wash to check for any issues. They are avoiding repairing any damages.
I have the monthly subscription. It’s convenient because it’s located right on Calumet Avenue. But man do they need an upgrade on those vacuums! If their vacuums worked better I’d definitely give them 5 stars. Staff is always friendly and helpful with moving the line. New vacuums PLEASE!
I’m a fast pass customer today I went threw the car wash and as I was going threw it I kept hearing LOUD THUMPS HITTING MY SUV almost sounded like it was gonna break my glass they stopped the car wash mid wash I had to wait a few min for them to start it back up as I got out the car wash I got to look at my suv ALL OF MY PASSENGER SIDE WAS BANGED UP DEEP DENTS AND SCRACTHES FROM BUMPER TO BUMPER SCATHES side mirror folded and NO MANAGER NEAR BY
Do not sign up for the automatic payments. They will forever charge your card and you can’t cancel. Don’t fall for the scam.
Vacuums are very hit or miss. 6 times outta 10 ur gunna get one that doesn’t suck at all. Car wash is good however the drying part at the end doesn’t to a great job so you still have to manually dry tough to reach spots. Staff very friendly so that’s a plus. 3 and a half outta 5 stars ✨
