2 months agoThis is a decent express car wash it does a good job removing surface impurities but does struggle with bug spots, bird poop and other caked-on grime so it’s recommended to hose your vehicle before coming. On the plus side their vacuums have very strong suction and clean vehicle interiors with ease. The attendants are polite and the line moves fairly quickly.3 weeks agoGreat carwash, fast and easy. It’s a good deal!
Just make sure to peel off the blue tape on your back windshield wiper so you aren’t showing the public where you have been recently. 😂
The vacuums are super convenient cause they have them on both the right and left sides so you can reach your car with ease. I can even clean out my trunk with it. Very convenient!
Love this place and today they gave 3 free car fresheners (although it smelled like cologne but yay for free)! They even decorated for Halloween hahah

a month agoGreat location for the price.Their vacuums are always well maintained…mega suction.
Their drive-through system was recently updated and everything works as advertised. Wax, foam shampoo, tire scrubber, etc.
This location is a high end stay-in-your-car car wash. Nothing more, except for their vacuum is included at no additional charge.
The staff at the beginning of the line will assist you to choose and pay. They also have a roaming staff member to assist with directing traffic.
2 months agoIt was a good experience, The first time I did a car wash like this in the US. Before I tried full car washes at different places. But I’m more happy here because for a reasonable price we can be more satisfied. The staff helped me to follow the procedures. I like this place and from next time onwards my car washing would be here for sure.4 months agoREAD THIS AND SPREAD THE WORD! to be good and service was better. Manager was rude and customer service should be number one. Rained yesterday after I got my wash and then I am a regular and asked to get a wash since it rained for a few hours, so my wash was a waste. They said no they wont. For $14 to lose a customer, greedy and bad service. If they treat me like this they will treat you like that as well. Go to another wash, do not support businesses that treat customers like this.8 months agoUPDATE Jan/2023 Recently they increased the price and the drive through is even shorter, it doesn’t matter which one you select, the cheap $10 or the $17 one, you car will come out with sides unclean and more water all over, so what is the point to have it car wash if you have to finish it up doing the work. Now I understand why it used to be so busy, but not anymore. Is good, it is too fast, with 30sec delay the rail move you , I believe will be more efficient, for us, it goes to fast that when you come out, your trunk area is fully wet, and there still soap in some places3 years agoLove to wash my car here on Live Oak and Santa Anita Ave. $6 basic wash and free vacuum. Machine takes cash and credit cards; just follow step-by-step instructions on touchscreen. It’s do-it-yourself, but it’s better than having a dirty car!

So far the best car wash I’ve experienced I have had a membership with them as well for a few months now their vacuums work and they’re wash is thorough I only recommend that the business sprays the cars every single time not just sometimes 🙂
The price is good, the staff is friendly, but the wash is not clean. Front bumper, car top, rear bumper, these areas remain dirty. I had a better experience at another car wash with the same price.

Went through and bought the 16$ wash and my car did not come clean. Of my car was visibly dirty I would have more understanding, however I was really going through to knock the dust off and vacuum.
Strange how one place can work so much better than others!! The one in Duarte I believe it is is better than the one in Pasadena! But great as car washes go!
