- Reviews:We recently adopted our little man, Maverick, from the Montgomery Humane Society. The adoption application was thorough, yet the responsiveness was very prompt. We were made to feel welcome and were encouraged to spend time with the fur babies we wanted to consider for bringing home. We so wish we could have adopted them all, but that is simply not feasible. The friendly and knowledgeable staff made this a great experience and we have so enjoyed our little man every day since!! I highly recommend adopting your next fur child through the Montgomery Humane Society. The price is very reasonable and you are comforted by the notion of sharing love and your home with a dog or cat that needs it.By Joshua Chase (3 months ago)Thank goodness for the Montgomery Humane Society! As soon as they posted this little girl, I called and they answered. The staff was so friendly, answered my questions, explained the process, let me make an appointment for the next morning (pending she was still available). Once we arrived, they let me walk her and take her into the cat room for a “cat test”. Happy has been home for almost a month now! She is full of energy and a wagging tail! I am so very grateful to the kind person that saved her and to the Montgomery Humane Society for getting her ready for a new home! The first picture was taken at the Montgomery Humane Society. The appointments were fine when COVID was at its peak, but it’s doing more harm than good now. Animal control is also lousy. They never answer the phone, or return your calls. I love this dog. He’s so sweet and friendly. I’m so happy that he came into my life. I quickly went and registered him under my information so there wouldn’t be any confusion. This store is laid out neatly and efficiently! I was looking for a birthday toy for my nephew pup, and I asked one of the managers for a recommendation. Andrew was so helpful and nice! He recommended a strong toy for a chewy Corgi, and he loved it! I was very impressed with the knowledge and selection at this PetSmart. I would definitely recommend!

Look, we’re all tired of politics in retail stores. See photo of Pride Month display in store bragging that the store donates to clearly political/ideological organizations. I’ll shop elsewhere now. Shame – because I shopped here A LOT.
