  3. I used to shop this location years ago and they were never in stock like they are now. Customers don’t have to worry about lines at the register they’re very diligent to get back up to assist. Now I can always find what I need and get on with my day. Keep up the great work.

  4. Longest lines, Manager Steve sits around and does nothing to help. Store is dirty, with bugs, would not trust the frozen food saw it sitting out and defrosting, no management to care to put it away properly.

    Ran in to re-stock on dog food and stopped by the fish section. No knock for the staff, the tanks look well kept with clean water and healthy fish. I saw a betta fish in an actual TANK today and felt so happy! He looked so happy in a tank, lively and curious about the snails and swam up to me when I approached. Hoped to see more bettas in tanks with filtered water, but walked two feet and there were dozens of betta fish in cups. I’m certain this is a corporate policy and not a staff policy, but I hope there will come a time where keeping them in cups becomes defunct. You can clearly see the difference in demeanor between these two fish.

    Usually have most of what i need. Prices are more than double now. Cat litter is 4x’s what it was just 2 yrs ago. Staff is usually helpful and friendly.

    One employee seemed a little bothered when I asked where a particular dog food was but made up for it but assisting me put the 80lb bag of dog food in my cart. He even helped me scan the barcode because I was doing instacart. Really nice of him.

    How dare you not let someone buy treats because he told his dog to sit and you blamed him for soliciting! Thanks to this experience ALL Petco stores have not only lost my business but my entire family’s business. Aunts, uncles cousins, parents and grandparents along with all of our friends will be boycotting everything and anything petco related.

    Its a very clean shelter. Well maintained. They have areas for prospective new family members to have time with each other in outdoor areas. The staff are all very friendly. They are informative with all your questions. The small downside, but good too, there aren’t too many animals. They have a lot of empty kennels. The few animals that were there are extremely well taken care of. As far as shelters goes, this if by far one of the most well attentive.

    I fell in love with 3 pot bulls a terrier and a German Shepherd. These dogs New a good home. One dog actually started to do tricks for us I am going back on,the 9th to get him
