  1. Things were great at first, then the next day was a nightmare. After taking our fur baby to the vet the next day. We were told that our fur baby needed to be returned to either get expensive treatment provided by the shelter or be put to sleep. We were also told that because we were sent home with antibiotics when we adopted her, the shelter knew something was wrong with her (Koko). Our family, especially our little kids were left in shambles.

  2. Great facilities and staff. It was very clean when I was there, and the Fur babies looked as happy as they could being in the current situation. At the time I was there, there were dogs, cats, hamsters, guinea pigs, and rabbits. The adoption process was quick and very reasonably priced.

  4. Very clean facility. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. We recently adopted a puppy from them and she is sweet and getting along with our other dogs. She is still learning and still in her puppy stage but I think she is a great addition to our family. I would highly recommend this facility to adopt your furever pet(:

  5. I took my current dog Darcy with me just to look. We found a beautiful German Shepherd mix named Joe. They helped me introduce the two dogs, and it was a success! They offered me additional support if I need it. That is comforting. This is day one. JoeJoe has played, drank water, and slept. I feel honored he is relaxed enough to sleep

    I would give 0 stars if that was an option!My mom has been taking her Yorkshire to Petsmart for grooming for over 14 years and have never had a problem until recently! She took him in and he was butchered! They should be ashamed to let the groomers they have on staff now to touch any dog, yet alone groom. When she took Lucky back all she was told that was the best they could do to try to correct the butcher the first so called groomer did. They did give a refund back but the damage was done! My mother is a senior and can’t bath her dog, a few months later she took Lucky back in for a bath when she went t pick him up they gave her Lucky wet! She had to tell them to take him back and dry him! What kind of craziness is going on here. Seems Lucky is embarrassed and ashamed of the cut, I would be too! Don’t bring dog here unless you want a butcher cut! Before and after pictures!

    I took my dog for a bath haircut and nail cut.They did a great job with their services but the problem was that I was told it was gonna be 64 dollars for everything but when I got to register I was told 108 dollars.I was told my dog had fleas so they had to treat the area.I was never contacted to be told about any of this even though I told the lady use the flea shampoo cause I thought he might have them.

    I had found something special I wanted to get my furbaby for Christmas. I knew it’s was a busy time of the year, but I live over 60 miles away. I called, and gave the employee the item number. She said hold on, let me make sure we still have them in stock. She was so patient, and helpful. She said they had 6. After I hung up, I did a pickup today. The order was ready the next day, because I had called around closing time. Th employee who brought out my order was so friendly and professional too!! I love this Pet Smart! Kudos to the 2 employees who went the extra mile to ensure I got my furbabies present.

    Would give negative 5 stars if I could. Awful service at the grooming salon. Showed up 5 minutes late and was told to take a hike and leave because I was too late. This was even after I had called to tell them I was going to be a few minutes late AND someone in front of me when I got there was willing to give up their spot as well for me. I also was unknowingly blacklisted and “referred out” of this and any other other Petco after stating that my dog had a seizure once and told today that there was no way this could be reversed or corrected. Avoid Petco at all costs, especially this one. Literally any other pet store is better.
