What People Are Saying: 5 Customer Reviews

  1. Both my wife and I love visiting this WH Smith. When they’ve got offers on books we buy here over Amazon. But higher prices due to their overheads mean many books are full price. Staff always friendly and always plenty of choice, if just love them to find a way to compete with the internet giants.

  2. Typical WHSmith newsagents selling stationary equipment, drinks and a few nibbles. I do like browsing through their wide selection of books, keep an eye open for great deals. Staff are always friendly and helpful

  3. I can usually find everything I want here. They have a fantastic range of stationary products, and a decent selection of books too. Very convenient because it’s on the ground floor of the Intu shopping centre close to two of the main entrances/exits. Friendly and helpful staff too.

  4. Often visit for a number of items ie cards magazines stationary xmas wrap and occasionally books. This particular visit I needed some magazine holders and they were buy 1 get 1 free. I chose a pair and took them over to pay. The assistant rang them through the till but didn’t offer a bag for them and as they are bulky and it would have been impossible to carry them home on public transport so I asked for one. We don’t have any large enough she said reluctantly but managed to find a medium sized one which I accepted. I paid cash but no receipt was offered. I asked for one but she said it would be a problem to reproduce one. No marks for attitude and service!!
