What People Are Saying: 5 Customer Reviews

  1. The self printing here is cool. It’s very convenient. I like how the staff helped and assisted me here in the store.

  2. Was there recently and having to deal with a health issue. The Associate named Manav was extremely helpful, courteous, and enabled me to complete my transaction. I would like his manager to know what a valuable employee he is.

  3. I recently visited this Staples location for printing, and I must say, it was an incredibly disappointing experience. Unlike other Staples, the printing process here takes an unreasonably long time. What baffled me even more is their policy of not accepting orders two hours before closing – which seems absurd for basic printing needs, especially when the store isn’t busy.

This Staples is, without a doubt, the worst I’ve ever been to. I strongly advise against using this location for printing; I certainly won’t be returning.

  4. Went to Staples at University avenue with my brother and had one of the best shopping experiences we have ever had in Canada. Their customer service is top notch.
If you are ever there and need help, ask for Mr. Ankit. He is very helpful, and very considerate of your time and your experience at the store.

  5. I came in to get help with printing flyers, waited in line and was told the cost and pointed to an area. I couldn’t find the machine or how to do so. I went back to the help desk to be told to go another direction and another machine. This was just for photos and not flyers. The third time at the help desk I said I needed help and they said I can pay an extra $4 for them to print it for me. I just wanted to print 2 flyers as a test for my new business. I am very disappointed in the service here.
