2 months agoWent to Ross to get rugs for my bathroom. I did find amazing rugs (thank you!) along with 3 pairs of Dr. Martens. I have a rather large collection of Dr. Martens and was excited to find these at such a reasonable price. If you love Docs the way I do, check out your local Ross. Great finds at great prices! Thanks Ross!a month ago2021 E lake mead Blvd. bought some cookies for a snack on the way home. Got in my car opened the package, took a bite and it was dry and stale. Took them right back in the store for a refund and I was told no by the store manager. I have always bought cookies and candy from here and they are really good. I work hard for my money and expect to get what I pay for. So much for EVER shopping at Ross again.a year agoThey have a bunch of good deals in clothing and shoes. The return policy is really decent and the employees are really kind and helpful when you need them and when your returning something too. This last time I got some clothing for the winter and at an excellent price!!4 months agoIt could do better honestly. There is always things on the floor or way to many things placed in the wrong aisle. I get that it’s not the staff’s fault all the time but honestly the toys need to be fixed I bet the top shelf doesn’t get much attention. And the staffs rolling shelfs are always taking up a lot of space when most of the time the store is already packed and not enough room to move around especially with a cart. They have a fair amount of discounts.a year agoLots of great deals here every time I come! Aisles are always clean and organized, so are the fitting rooms and restrooms. The only complaint I have is sometimes the cashier lines can get long before they bring in more people to help. That’s why I like going during low peak days & hours to avoid all that.

3 months agoTuesday is Senior day at Ross so I went in search of a deal. I looked around for a while then stumbled upon some vintage FUBU tshirts! I loved this brand back-in-the-day so I bought them 1) because they were cool and 2) because they are still cool. I also bought a pair of purple (my favorite color) sequined UGG boots. Cant wait to wear my great finds! Thanks Ross! I’ll be back real soon!2 months agoWent through self checkout because there was only one cashier who was busy with a customer. The cashier in the self checkout felt the need to remind me there were only 8 items allowed in self check, and I had 10 items. Then he stated that after I was done, the other cashier was going to check my receipt. Weird… As if I’m a thief. Then the lady asked for my receipt and proceeded to study it intently, not sure what she was looking for. She stood there and saw me ring everything up. I used to like shopping here but this will be the last time. I can’t stand stores that check receipts. To me, it’s like calling you a thief. That’s why I don’t shop at Walmart anymore.2 weeks agoThe checkout and return process is a mess no with it all being one line. Since only one register can do returns, it’s confusing and annoying. The young woman who helped me was very friendly and efficient. It’s not fair that this dumb set-up is going to cause customers to be irritated at the employees when I doubt they had anything to do with the change.a month agoStore is okay it’s a hit or miss hit they have racist Asian Asian here. She calls next in line and the white male In front of me decides they don’t need to be rung up. I’m next she looks at me and turns off her light and leaves the register and proceeded to look out the window . that’s rude and inconsiderate to the next paying customer in line (me). So I had to wait for the ONE cashier they had working at checkout. Management needs to have some more diversity training for their employees ASAP.3 months ago9:57pm on 7.11.23 rude young man at the self check out. He needs to be retained in customer service. He was irritated with a customer and right after I finished my transaction. He says I told you I need to see your recipt. Like excuse me I just finished paying. Where the he’ll is the fire. I’m not going to walk out with 8dollar shorts that were on clearance. He’s lucky I did not tell him off. He shouldn’t work in retail if he hates his job

Decent selection, locationed smack dab in the middle of the hood. The store is a bit messy though. Clothes on the floor, very small aisles, the dressing room attendant thinks you’re going to steal the merchandise. Then there’s a maze to get to the cashier’s. But it’s Ross so I can’t complain too much, overall I like the prices and the inventory.
I do like Ross but this particular one should be avoided. The line is generally, and this is no hyperbole or exaggeration, 30 to 50 people long. If you have 3 hours after finding something to wait in line from the back of the store before you pay for it, you can find great deals. Otherwise I suggest driving an extra 20 minutes to another Ross. It’ll be less time, trust me!
I returned 2 items. They asked the reason for the return, & issued my refund in under 1 minute. Always problem free shopping & problem free returns. Cashiers are always friendly…
Couldn’t believe the long line today. Right around closing time they had one maybe 2 cashiers checking people out. I decided to not wait and put my things back where I got them from. I would have waited at least 30-40 minutes in line. No thank you
It’s a good store but I’ve seen other Ross dress for less stores that were way cleaner and more organized. They have a couple deals. They don’t carry a lot of xsmall and Small. My daughter has a hard time finding clothes her size and school appropriate.
