a month agoGreat value for quality products. Service is always great. People go way beyond to please the customers. Kudos to the general manager and staff. The only negative is their phone store. I know it is not technically part of Costco, but they should have the same training for customer service.a month agoWe went to Costco yesterday and my sister really wanted Boba tea. So she asked a guy named Daniel I’m pretty sure. We all walk around there for a pretty long time but couldn’t find it. He still kept looking for it for us. Finally he found it for us! He was SO kind to us.4 months agoGood value for the items and big selection. Got this cute dog water bottle as wella month agoDon’t come here unless you don’t mind being treated like a thief. You get your card checked at the entrance, checking out you get checked again to make sure you’re the owner on the card, at self checkout the check your receipt even after that, mark the receipt, you think you don’t have to get checked anymore at the exit but nope, they check your receipt AGAIN! Four times you get checked in this store as if they even got anything for you to steal after the registers. It’s ridiculous. Not the type of treatment or customer experience you’d expect for spending 60+ on a membership card. You’re better off going to Sam’s Club at this point bc it’s a one check only.a month agoDon’t shop here, they treat customers like criminals. I’m surprised they don’t pat you down on way out. And the membership is more then twice the competition. They should be happy people are buying their products, which you need a overpriced membership to do, and for your trouble get harassed while in line. Worst experience ever from a members only club.

4 weeks agoCostco is great but the shoppers are terrible. The parking lanes are huge but people still manage to park like a holes and dent your car. And there is 0 etiquette among shoppers in the aisles causing massive traffic jams by people with 0 self awarenessa week agoThe guy at the door with latex gloves checking for IDs was surprisingly gentle. The guy trying to stop me and sell me a bathroom remodeling it didn’t recognize my no for the 5 other times times he saw me this week. It’s a great place to find all your needs unless you want name brand potato chips then you must make a second stop to Sam’s Club for that. Well hey I can still get a cheap hot dog after waiting in line around the block for it for an hour.2 months agoWe have always loved Costco. Bought these cashews this past Friday, June 23rd, at the Pewaukee, WI location. Unfortunately we poured most of the bag into a container for a get together, and guess what popped out when we went to refill the container? One with mold. Who knows how many were eaten, and if they contained mold? Best Buy Date on package is 04/20/24. Other item number on the package is V23327989. 19:56 (looks to be the time processed). See photo for details, and mold on cashew. Very disappointed and who knew cashews could mold.a month agoCostco is one of the best places to go shopping. The gas is cheap, everything is so large, and my family has been shopping here for years. This specific one is also not as crowded as the others. Strongly recommend, especially if you’d like a quick and easy food stop.in the last weekGreat place. Costco is getting more organic & quality items all the time. It is fun to look around for me😁

I’ve had a membership for a few months now. I go every 3ish weeks to stock up on essentials, and I usually find some good sales. We have picked up a fresh whole pizza for $9.99 on the way out.
Just had my first negative experience at a Costco, and probably one of my first negative reviews I’ve ever written. After a longer than normal wait at the cafe (nearly 25 minutes for a hot dog), I felt pretty bad for the cafe staff who was running around frantically and obviously stressed. I got my hot dog and on my way out stopped at the membership counter as I saw no line and two female employees just chatting. I was very kind and cordial and said “Excuse me, but just a heads up the cafe is running very behind and could use some extra help”. With zero hesitation, one of them looked me dead in the eyes and said “We’re hiring and you can come work in the kitchen if you think you can do a better job”. I stated I was trying to be polite, she said “she was too” but then went on a rant about how they pay good, can’t keep anyone on staff, and I can come work there if I want faster service. I was flabbergasted and walked out to my car.
A proper response could’ve simply been “Thanks for letting us know, we’ll see if there’s anyone who can go help out for a bit”. I would’ve walked out and thought nothing more.
I called the store to speak to a manager who tried to come off nice but unfortunately seemed to honestly not care. Didn’t ask for my name, didn’t apologize for her words of choice other than saying he’d try to figure out who it was. Just felt like he read off a canned response with his feet up on his desk as he talked over me. At the end of the day, I’m a paying member. I understand being short staffed – but when there’s a few employees standing around and a customer informs them their team members need help – do not raise your voice and tell the customer to apply themselves. Just wrong.
Such a saga over a dang hot dog. I just wanted to see the kitchen staff get some help from their team members who may have been available.
Props to the kitchen staff though, the hot dog was worth the wait :).
Workers are always pleasant and happy to answer any questions you might have. I don’t shop in bulk so I don’t buy many groceries there but when they have sales on certain items the deals can be pretty good.
I love Costco because of the healthier food and snack options than say Sam’s. You have to be careful of over buying if you are not shopping for a large family.
We are able to make it work for us. Try it, especially if you are looking for healthier snack options for your family.
Went to see if they could find glasses frame to fit my lens and they damaged it forcing into a $140 frame that doesn’t even fit my face. My lens are UV blue light prescription and cost 300$+. If anything I wanted a different pair but there are no exams for the next month.
