3 months agoFirst time coming here yesterday, the young man in the window was very nice and offered a subscription but I wanted to see the cleanliness of my car prior to signing up. I’m glad I didn’t jump into a membership. For $20, anywhere else, I’ve always gotten a towel dry or at least a microfiber towel roller to dry my car off. This wasn’t the case. Just straight up dripping wet afterwards that air dried after some time. There was supposed to be tire shine gloss, which is unnoticeable. (What I hope) are soap marks and not buffer damage on driver side of my car, my mirror, and in my door jamb, dirt still in my rear window seal. I used the vacuums which I appreciate being free however, only one of them had strong suction at the station I went to.In my opinion, this place isn’t worth the $20 price tag; I’m accustomed to much better cleaning quality at other places for the same, if not cheaper, price point. I’ll have to stick to my usual car washes in Redford or Dearborn in between when I wash it myself.
a month agoFirst time coming here and had a great experience. Girl at the window was super friendly and offered me their best wash for $20 and it came with a free month trial of unlimited washes! My truck is shiny and the tires look amazing without having to use added product of my own. Definitely going to use their app to sign up for unlimited after my trial is up. This wash is super clean which tells me that take care of it. Great wash!4 months agoMy first time visiting this car wash, I was super impressed with the free mat washing and vacuum cleaners that actually work. I got the $16 wash. It didn’t do such a wonderful job washing my car. At this car wash, they don’t pre- scrub your car. They just put your car on this. Really nice conveyor. No worries I’m still a fan and I will return.3 months agoThe spinning towel driers at the end leave a horrible residue on your car, especially the driver side.The car wash scratched my car up so bad! I canceled my membership. Even though I paid for a full month I didn’t go again.
The associates that are supposed to guide you onto the belt seem to want to hid in the office.
However, for being free the vacuums have nice suction.
5 months agoEdited review: switched from the competition because it’s closer .. but after 3 times here I’m going back , I mean the front of my truck is never clean , the lack of anyone spraying your car as you come in is my biggest gripe . I’m not paying a monthly sub just to pay more to finish it myself. My tires didn’t even get clean let alone zero cleaning underneath. Sorry I tried . But this car wash isn’t for me .

6 months agoThe wash was good, the guy that pre washed my truck took the time and sprayed everything down by himself. As the wash was getting finished going through the air dryers the passenger side dryer shattered my mirror! If you own a truck DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!a month agoI pay for a monthly pass at Zaxs. The Belleville location is great. The Ford rd sucks. It was better for a while when they had a younger guy working, but now my car is still dirty when I come out. The big dude there never smiles and sprays very little. I need to run through 3 or 4 times for a decent wash!3 months agoI was not very happy with the result. The last few times I’ve been through and have examined the mirrors, it appears they have repaired whatever was off with the carwash components. The girl with the colored hair is still nice and does a pretty good job with the spraying down of the car before it goes in the car wash. I’ve been going to Zax for a while now and I have never really had any issues……….until the last couple months. I pay monthly for the “ultimate wash” which is supposed to be the “cats meow” of car washes. Well, let me give everyone a fair word of advice (which will be backed up by the photos below)……stay away from the packages that offer the “TIRE SHINE” near the end of the wash. Oh yes, your tires will have that beautiful shine on them, but that spray gets everywhere. Drive about a mile down the road and you will find that the tire shine all over the sides your car in the way of black spots which is the shine attracting all the road dirt. Alloy wheels after “Tire shine”……forget it….the spray gets all over the rim and is a magnet for brake dust. This situation results in your car wash being a total waste of money. Today though……..stick a fork in me as I might be done for good with this place.. I stopped in on my way to work and when I went through the wash, one of the left spinners did a number on my left side non folding side mirror. (of course I didn’t see it until I arrived at work and was wiping all the SHINE spots off my doors and tire wells) In all the time I’ve been going to Zax, that’s never happened before. As far as the staff goes, I never had an issue with any of them. I like the girl with the multicolored hair, she’s always nice to me. So…….take to heart what I said and use caution if you go there.

I pulled in to the Super TLC Car Wash today with my windows covered in paint. It’s graduation time and we were celebrating. The guys here spent time making sure all the paint was off my car and that I left completely satisfied. I didn’t expect such care and these guys have won a customer for life. This place is the best!
I had happened to be in the area, my car was in need of an exterior wash, so I stopped in at Super TLC Carwash. Outstanding customer service! The staff spent quality time washing my car w/ attention to detail. I can’t believe how reasonably priced they were and for how spotless my car came out and continues to shine days after getting my wash. I went grocery shopping and attempted to find my car, but I was shocked by finding it with the car remote due to how looking so clean and new. I will definitely be back to experience an interior detailing and referring my family and friends! Whatever you’re doing, keep it up!
