2 weeks agoThis carwash chain has a killer deal on unlimited monthly washes. If you drive past these every day and you like your car clean, it’s 100% worth it!a month agoDo not get the ceramic finish for 3 dollars more. An employee recommended it to me so I paid the extra fee. I have taken very good care of my vehicle. I tinted the windows, new tires. Headliner all on a widows fixed income. THE CERAMIC COAT was sprayed with so much force that it cracked my clear coat. Now it is rusting. You can see exactly where it hit my hood sooniy will start rust also. My two back windows that have very good seals subcomed to the force and ceramic hit in the same place on both back windows and ruined my window tint. I go back and tell that little short person mgr and he must have been calling someone else to find out how to handle this. I asked him several times Dont you think I should drive out of the lane that was to usher people in. He was told to write an incident report but first he says we do not recommend older vehicles to use this. I said it was one of your employees who recommended it. Anyway he was told to write an incident report, of course never even hinting that they could be at fault. So he hands me the clipboord while he is doing something on my suv. I read what he wrote so i added what is the truth. Little short mgr man loses it, goes inside to get a blank report, meanwhile the lanes are filling up and I slowly back out to allow their customers room to get in. OIL CHANGE?? Absolutely not!! Think about that long and hard. I will never trust them with my vehicle. EVER The short little mgr there was ao emotionally upset I just left. A claim supposedly was submitted and still no word back. I am missing work, money and need a vehicle while waiting for this “claim”.

They did a good job with my oil change. I like that there is a monitor on the TV where you can watch the work being done to your car as it is happening. However, when I called on the phone, I was told it would only cost $27 if I had my own oil and filter. Then, when I arrived, I was told that it would be an extra $5 if I had a skid plate. (Turns out I do). This is still cheaper than a couple of the local competitors, however, so I agreed to it. After the oil change, I asked if I could get my leftover oil back. One worker said, “Yes, we’ll give you the oil back” but they never did. I didn’t realize it until I was already out of the parking lot and the line was so long, and traffic was congested, so I didn’t go back in to get it.
First time visit, great experience. Customer service was great, like the fact that you can monitor what is going on under your vehicle from TV screen. Love the discounts, car wash was good. Great overall experience, I will be going back.
Absolutely don’t get your oil changed here. TWICE we have had it changed and when we checked the oil when getting home, there was no oil on the stick. We are done, take it to a real dealership.
Can you believe this company doesn’t supply their employee with hydration or water to drink during this heat advisory or during the summer days…instead they make them buy their own water from the workplace ..no wonder they can’t keep workers .. that’s just sad and pathetic… that don’t work half the time lol you got me there buddy .. nice job of supplying your workers water in the heat .. greed at its finest
