3 months agoWorkers have no experience in cleaning wheels & as far as management goes bad customer service. Took my girls Infiniti coupe for a regular wash & interior vacuum, after Carwash was done we realized one of the wheels chrome peeling off, they used acid degreaser which started to eat at the chrome, instead of non-acid degreaser. Talking to managment the cashier said it’s not possible because they only use soap and water then he said let me go get the manager. Then proceeded to talk with Amir the manager and said it wasn’t their fault, that it was because they were aftermarket wheels so they can’t do anything. He said we were at fault because we should have told them to use non-acid wheel cleaner before, I told him “you guys do not have any disclaimers inside or outside”. He didn’t say anything, and stood quiet. Long story short they shouldn’t have used acid wheel cleaner on chrome wheels, it’s pretty common sense if you are a car detailer or work at a carwash you should know this! But when trying to be cheap and shortcut it this is the results you get. Should’ve used non-acid wheel cleaner and I wouldn’t be having this issue. Payed 22$ to get my wheel destroyed! a week agoDon’t waste your money! Just got an interior & exterior car wash today from Spex for the first time. Will NOT be going back as they are very sloppy. They returned the car mats wet in the car. They obviously did not vacuum properly AND they did not wipe any of the interior surfaces at all. Car is very dirty. Wasted my money at this place.in the last weekI recently visited this establishment for a full detailing service, but my experience left much to be desired. Initially, the person on the phone quoted me a higher price than what I was ultimately charged upon arrival, which was a bit confusing.Unfortunately, the quality of the detailing job fell short of my expectations. I had specifically requested the removal of certain spots on my vehicle, but when I picked it up, those spots were still present. Regrettably, I didn’t have the time to address this issue, so I left somewhat dissatisfied. Given the amount I paid, I would say the service was only passable.
Another inconvenience was the estimated time for the service. I was informed it would take approximately 5 hours, so I planned my day accordingly. However, I received a call just 2 hours after dropping off my vehicle, informing me that they were closing soon and I needed to pick it up immediately. This unexpected change disrupted my plans significantly.
In light of these experiences, I find it difficult to recommend this establishment for detailing services.

It usually does not clean the back of the car well and sometimes there are water stains on the body.
but it does not matter to me.
If you care a lot about the cleanliness of your car and you check all the parts after washing in the car wash, I must say that this car wash is not really suitable for you.
There is also a free vacuum cleaner that you can use after car wash.
Hi today I went for car wash and the guy who is working inside he was shouting on me I ask him to don’t yell on but he didn’t listen me and I was taken 4$ car wash service but as u can see how my car is dirty on my car back side on trunk as u can see clearly It was worthless and very bad behavior by worker’s inside n very rude. I give zero ratings and I saw other cars too which was very dirty after car was also .
Will never go back. It left my windows with soap and they had dirty on the floor. You should clean it from all the dirt that comes off of the cars. I had to clean all my windows to take off the soap. I paid $15 and not worth it. Wouldn’t recommend this car wash.
Gets the car washed but there is always a lot of water left on the car (dryers not strong enough or pointed correctly?) and several times, I’ve had soap left on my back window as well. Very busy. Does get the city grime off though.
Easy, smooth processes. Obviously cannot compare with hand wash, but its acceptable. Only one complaint, no receipt (it does ask if you like your receipt printed on the screen, but doesn’t give you enough time to select yes; less than a second).
