What People Are Saying: 5 Customer Reviews

  1. Looks like my negative review was Deleted! Well I am not lazy and will do it again to let u guys know that the car that you love could be severely damaged here., like it happened to me on May 26, 2023 . The top of my car was ripped of by dryers and owner clams that it was loose . Don’t play Russian roulette in order to save few bucks . Google team – please don’t delete my review , I will continue sharing my experience and photos.

  2. I have been to this car wash numerous times, not a great clean, but you get what you pay for. What I did NOT pay for, however, was getting my car scratched up! When I attempted to contact the only email address I could find, I was told that this establishment is using the name of another company that is pursuing legal action. I have found no way to contact any management. Save your money, time, and frustration— it’s not worth damage to your car that you will have to pay for. Get your car washed somewhere else.

  3. The staff are professional and respectful of my vehicle, but sometimes they miss spots. I like that this car wash offers a monthly subscription option, it saves me money in the long run. This car wash has a good selection of air fresheners, but the prices can be a bit high.

  4. Damaged my brand new car. The heavy materials washing the car are so dirty that casuse scratches on the car. My previous Mercedes did not show the
Scartches because of the metalic blue but my black car defimotekt shows all damage/scratches. Wrote to management and received no response!

  5. I’ve always been skeptical about express car washes, fearing they’d miss a spot or rush through the process. But after trying this one out, my reservations were instantly put to rest. The efficient setup made sure my car went from drab to fab in mere minutes. What’s more impressive is the thoroughness of the wash – every nook and cranny was attended to, leaving my car gleaming as if it just rolled off the showroom floor. The friendly staff added to the positive experience, ensuring everything went smoothly. It’s the perfect blend of speed and quality, ideal for those with busy lives who still value a pristine ride. Can’t wait for my next visit.

Another underwhelming car wash. I paid $36.99 for the “Executive Wash” and bought an additional $60 in gas.

They did not throw away any trash inside my car, they hardly vacuumed and they left multiple spots on my leather seats completely uncleaned. There was no noticeable air freshener, my rear view mirror was left VERY streaked and overall, I was not impressed by this car wash.

If you want someone to throw away your trash and get down and clean your car to make it look brand new, and you haven’t taken the time to clean up after yourself when you spill something – your expectations are unrealistic. I got what I paid for – a standard car wash with a brisk wipe down and paid $20 extra to shampoo my two front seats.

I have never been to a car wash where they actually got every piece of dirt… because I don’t pay $300 to have this be done… it takes a lot of time to clean up messes that were created by the driver. Not throw away your own trash before they clean? That’s plain rude, and besides it’s not for th to figure out what is trash or not.

In the end, I wiped down the dirt in the hard to reach places that required EXTRA scrubbing. And them having worked on my car looks 10x better and helped me achieve that brand new car look, I just had to do a little care and attention myself.

I got what I paid for. And to be honest it was a great deal, I usually have to pay more. I haven’t cleaned my car in a year, except to throw away my own wrappers and trash. I eat and drink in my car and they did a great job cleaning up within reasonable expectations.

These guys work hard for not mush. Please tip them and check your entitlement.

The Cambodian guy working there is extremely shady. My car passed all the computerized test for the smog check. He manually failed me because he said he saw blue smoke coming from my tail pipe. I told him to replicate it, and he could not. Right away I went to another smog station in WLA and it passed right away with NO issues. These guys are a scam, and this guy thinks he can do as he pleases based on if he likes you or not. Total waste of time and they have been reported. Avoid wasting time going to get your smog check there. Don’t be fooled by there low prices. Shame on them!!!!!

I like how they wash windows, inside and out- streak free. Another car wash in the area leaves streaks which are revealed in night driving.

Otherwise the interior vacuuming and cleaning g is adequate , not great. Mostly focused on exterior.

Gasoline fill is available which is convenient.

I enjoy flipping through various books that are for sale, and smelling the candles, etc in the gift shop.

Great job! From the time I pulled in, I was greeted by welcoming employees. I was afforded time to choose the service I wanted. I was asked if I would be getting gas as well. The entire place is clean, and it’s dog friendly, too. I purchased the special, and I am totally satisfied with the handling ,care, and detail given to the work on my car.

I was doing the express wash here on Labor Day and mid wash in the middle of the automatic wash, one of the employees driving the car behind me drove forward and crashed into the back of my car, twice. (The mini cooper is my car, and the Chevy is the car that hit me.) I filed a report and was assured that I would receive a call from the manager the following day. I did not receive that call, and when I tried to call the business using the number on google and on their website, the phone line is disconnected. And I did not even receive a refund.

I was in the area so decided to try this place out. Guy out front said the The Works option was that much better than the Deluxe for an extra $3 so I went with it.

They brought the car out of the wash and let it sit for about 10 – 15 minutes in 80 degree sunny weather. I was understandably concerned about this seeing as it would most likely leave dried water mark stains. Sure did.

So the guy says it’s ready and In addition to the water stain marks you can tell minimal effort was put into even making sure the car looked clean. Way too many areas that I could simply clean away with my hand or a damp towel. I even recommended just running it back to the car wash and not letting it sit in the sun this time for so long.

The guy who dried it off got the manager’s attention and the manager agreed there were a lot of areas that needed attention and had the guy start working on it. I thanked him and explained that I wasn’t trying to be difficult but the car just doesn’t look clean and he agreed.

And although I wish I could say the end result was satisfactory, take a look at the photos and you tell me. I finally just got in my car and left because I could tell no one was even concerned about making sure my car looked like it had been washed.

This place is far more interested in your money than they are delivering a quality car wash, so I would highly recommend avoiding it and going elsewhere.

Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place. I’ve had the monthly unlimited wash deal for around two years. First time there was a problem, they wouldn’t stand behind their work.

Yesterday, their machine yanked the valve cap off and broke the valve stem off my left front tire. Tire was flat and I had to get a tow to the shop. $200 and a day later I asked to be reimbursed. Manager Kevin blamed the mishap on the extra half inch on my aftermarket valve stem cap. Asked why none of the others were damaged and multiple previous washes were unremarkable. Bottom line, he wanted to offer more of their faulty service to rectify their mistake but refused to cover the costs of my repair after ruining my valve stem and my evening.

    Terrible customer service…bad attitude.

If you’re even considering this place DO NOT GET YOUR CAR WASHED HERE!!! I got the deluxe wash because it was reasonably priced. Did a walk through after with the guy drying because they did not vacuum nor wipe down anything inside. When I walked to the front I noticed my windshield wiper was snapped in half sticking straight up, I confronted all of the guys and they all played dumb and said “that’s how it came out” . I was completely devastated by them not taking responsibility for the damage. Ended up costing me $100 to have the whole windshield wiper replaced. Not worth the gamble to come here. Choose wisely.

My car came out of the wash with a few deep scratches! No real manager there just fake ones! Staff gave me a phone # that is disconnected and the business phone is listed incorrectly on their website. I should have read all of the other similar reviews for this car wash before going. Never again! Don’t bring your car here 🤨 they take no responsibility!

The Best Time to Get a Car Wash

Keeping your car clean is important for both its appearance and its value. But with so many factors to consider, it can be hard to know when the best time to get a car wash is.

In this article, we’ll take a look at the factors that affect the best time to get a car wash, and provide some tips for choosing the right time for you.

Factors to Consider

There are a few factors that you’ll want to consider when choosing the best time to get a car wash. These include:

  • The weather: If it’s raining or snowing, it’s best to wait until the weather clears before getting your car washed. This will prevent the water from drying on your car’s paint and causing water spots.
  • The sun: The sun can be harsh on your car’s paint, so it’s best to avoid getting your car washed during the hottest part of the day. If you must get your car washed during the day, try to do it in the shade.
  • The traffic: If you’re concerned about traffic, it’s best to avoid getting your car washed during rush hour.
  • Your schedule: If you’re on a tight schedule, you may want to get your car washed during the day. However, be aware that car washes are typically more crowded during the day.
  • The type of car wash: If you have a luxury car, you may want to avoid getting it washed at a self-service car wash. These car washes can use harsh chemicals that can damage your car’s paint.

Choosing the Best Time

Once you’ve considered the factors above, you can start to choose the best time to get your car washed. Here are a few recommendations:

  • Early morning: Early morning is a great time to get your car washed. The sun isn’t as harsh, and there’s typically less traffic.
  • Late evening: Late evening is another good time to get your car washed. The sun is starting to set, so there’s less risk of water spots.
  • Cloudy days: If it’s a cloudy day, there’s no need to wait for the sun to go down. You can get your car washed on a cloudy day without worrying about water spots.

Tips for Getting a Car Wash

In addition to choosing the best time to get a car wash, there are a few other things you can do to make sure your car wash is safe and effective. These tips include:

  • Read reviews: Before you choose a car wash, read reviews to see what other people have experienced. This will give you an idea of the quality of the wash and the customer service.
  • Ask about the cleaning chemicals: Some car washes use harsh chemicals that can damage your car’s paint. Ask about the cleaning chemicals that are used at the car wash and make sure they are safe for your car.
  • Be prepared to wait: Some car washes can be very busy, so be prepared to wait.
  • Inspect your car after the wash: After the car wash, inspect your car for any damage. If you see any damage, report it to the car wash immediately.

By following these tips, you can get a car wash that is safe for your car and keeps it looking its best.
