a month agoI decided to try out the top level of the unlimited service. The pictures attached are after running my car through 3x. There are places where the brushes never even touch on the sides and back of the car, it doesn’t do a good job of getting even loosely stuck dirt, and leaves quite a few water spots. I would say this car wash does a mediocre job at best. I have been going everyday for about a week now, hoping that going multiple times would help clean the car better, but no luck. There seems to be at least one of the brushes that are not working at anytime so they just kind of rub on the side of the car and don’t do a great job. They are also supposed to give an air freshener, which I have never been given one. If you want a very quick wash/rinse before you wash your car yourself, give it a shot, but for $30 for the top level, it isn’t even close to worth it.4 weeks agoWe’ve been here a few times and had great experiences with the wash and vacuum. But today was by far the worst experience we’ve had – probably the worst compared to any other car washes we had at other places as well. We had selected the $18 Custom Wash option which is what we usually select. The front, back and side of our car is completely still covered with dirt and residue. Even the Custom Wash claims to have the underbody scrub. Nope! It looks like my car was just rinsed with water. Also the vacuum was so weak today! Like something may be blocking the air flow, it could barely pick up the baby crackers from our baby’s car seat.This will be our last time coming here. It used to be great when they first opened. Now the quality has gone downhill.
a month agoI had been very happy with this car wash, but today I went through and apparently one of the brushes or sprayers was not working. I went through a second time in an effort to get the bottom right side of my car clean but it’s still dirty. If I wipe it with my hand, the road grime literally brushes off. I also think going through without if functioning properly made some scratches on my car. Wish I had known it was broken before driving through!!! Attendant was very nice and listened, but there was little he could do at that point to remedy the situation.2 months agoMy 2022 Porsche was damaged and they denied my claim blaming me when their employee confirmed that everything was good and proceeded the wash. I’ve been in a similar situation, with another wash in a different vehicle, and my claim was accepted and fixed within a couple of days. It’s been a week and I have not received any further details other than the store manager telling me my claim was denied and I had to continuously call just to get that answer. No claim number or anything. I would hate to drag this out, but my car is expensive And I refuse to come out of pocket for damage caused by the car wash. I haven’t been able to drive my vehicle since then.a month agoWent here on my birthday to wash my car absolute terrible. Water smelled bad, none soap where coming out, So I went to find a manager to complain about this just to find out there wasn’t any manager there working at the time so I waited for an hour just waiting till one comes but none of them showed up only 2-3 employees working hard without a manager.

2 weeks agoI came here a few weeks ago. The lady at the front messed up and charged me the $20 wash. I told her after the fact and they gave me the basic wash and told me they’d reimburse me. I was never given a coupon on any sort. And when I came back today they told me they can’t do anything about it, and next time try to get a coupon. So they essentially stole money from me. Beware if you come here, make sure you’re being charged the correct amount5 months agoUpdate: under new management with higher prices, no add on’s, and if you want bug prep or similar you need to take the most expensive wash. Bye bye.So glad I paid extra for bug prep… waste of money! People at the carwash pretend to spray a little foam on the car and done. Places is not worth it, better look for another carwash
10 months agoIt’s fast and convenient, but don’t expect a flawless wash. There will be small spots that did not get cleaned very well. That’s just the nature of an automatic car wash though. It’s good for a quick rinse and the vacuums are appreciated.5 months agoREAD BEFORE USING THIS CAR WASH!I have been a patron of this car wash for over two years, but it is now under new ownership and has DOUBLED prices, adding NO new equipment or technology to the car wash. They literally painted the exterior, renamed it, and doubled the price. There are better and more reasonably priced car washes in the area that will be worth the drive.
Do not go here. It’s an egregious cash grab.
a year agoIm not one for writing reviews but this place did great. I work construction and regularly have a very dirty truck. The young crew they had did their best scrubbing the side steps, grille, wheel wells, wheels etc. To make sure all the dirt / mud was off. Really appreciate the job they did, money well spent. Looks great!

This car wash is a SCAM. I purchased the monthly plan. It took TWO WEEKS for them to enter my information into the system. Every time I arrive, I have to wait 10+ minutes for an agent to help me get through the wash gate. The vacuums are TRASH. At least TEN of them don’t supply enough force to pick up dirt off the carpet… Please take your money elsewhere
The absolute best for a quick, quality, affordable carwash. I’ve been going here for years and now a monthly member and still a satisfied customer.
This place is good enough for the price. You may not be able to vacuum because they are always so busy. Be careful if you purchase the membership and cancel. I have been charged the full price two months in a row after cancelling my membership. Management is proactive and will attempt to fix it and refund the charges though.
T the car wash itself is great. There was a sale on the memberships which I got the highest one which used to be $36.99 but I got it for $10. My family noticed my car’s appearance immediately. My only con was with that membership sale. After a few months of my recurring $10 membership fee, randomly I was charged the original $36.99. I called customer service to fix it and she said she couldn’t and I had to call my bank I instead. Unfortunately had to cancel my m membership because I didn’t trust it anymore
this used to be a good place now is not even close. The new management sucks, this morning I stopped by to get my car cleaned, and it was closed. the hard-working people are gone. they been replaced with hardly working people that always late.
time to find a new place that do cares about customers. won’t be back to luv carwash.
