They just sprayed a little of the front of my car and started to wash a dry vehicle… I told them they have to spray it first and they did not listen. Will never come back even thought the location is very convenient for me. Not worth ruining your car!3 weeks agoThe worst place. Stay away from the place. These guys do not listen to you or care about the car. All the stains on the car where still visible after the car wash so I asked them to clean the car properly and showed them the stains they said they won’t clean jt. I showed it to the lady who sits in the office she said this is the best they can do. Twice they have not cleaned the trunk after asking them and paying for it. No customer service. They try to clean the car literally in 1 min even after paying for full service. Regret going here and recommending it to friend. a month agoDown to 2 stars. I’m paying for the tires to get Armor All, but still haven’t received that service. You be the judge. Pics attached of each tire.It’s ok-nothing special. If you are looking for a basic exterior car wash this might be the place. I have a platinum subscription and after taxes I’m billed around $40.51, which give me unlimited monthly washes. In reality I’m there 3-4 times a month. They don’t do interiors, but have free vacuums which non customers help themselves to so there are times I just drive off instead of waiting. The wash quality is iffy on the front end and rear trunk lid of my car and tho I’m supposed to get the tires armorall’d, there’s often an issue with this. With today none of the tires done. Communicating with these folks is pointless and at signup they didn’t have my information in the system even though I was billed already. Lastly they close due to “mechanical issues” and because this shop is elevated from the roadway you don’t know this until you drive on to the property.
2 months agoI won’t use their services again. Paid extra for the wax treatment and the car is not waxy nor shiny. The car wash left a film of dirt and grime all over and didn’t clean any nooks and crannies. 3 hour drive from upstate NY and was really hoping to get a good wash to remove all the road grime and debris. Waste of my money! I’ll go back to the hand car washes or self service bays.a week agoGood for people that are nearby and always want a wash. The car wash itself does it’s job. I went for the car wash today. Now I get it why so many spoke about the guy behind the cash counter( He is not the best guy to deal with). Otherwise, I found the cleaning staff very nice. No complaints on service but cashier(probably he is the owner), needs to change his demeanour for good.
I recently had the pleasure of visiting this tire shop and Brandon is the guy there he is really nice and I must say that I am thoroughly impressed with the exceptional service and high-quality tires they provide. From start to finish, my experience with this tire shop has been nothing short of fantastic.
My go to Saturday morning car wash. Love these guys so much. They are all very nice and get straight to the point. The line can get pretty long to get inside, the are pretty busy weekend mornings, so go early. Weekdays aren’t as busy. But I’m never having to wait long once I’m in the wash, they get to work and always do a thorough job, inside and out. Reasonably priced and great location.
