GOOD JOB JILLY’Sa month agoJilly’s was always my go to car wash. I loved the vacuums, towels and the cleaning sprays. It seems to be not as good lately. Last time the vacuums did not pick up like they used to – very poor suction. Tonight I went through the car wash twice and did not get all my bugs off the windshield. I drove last night and bugs ended up on my windshield and grill. Well, some are still there. I am going to try other car washes in the area to see how they are. I was a loyal customer since they opened in Pewaukee.2 months agoStaff is always friendly and helpful. My last visit to the car wash was a beautiful day so they were very busy. Only 4 starts because I needed to vacuum my interior and the vacuums had very poor suction. I tried the two vacuums on either side of my car and both performed poorly.4 months agoThey are not stick to timing yesterday 12 march that close early I went there around6:30 pm to clean my car and it’s closed
What’s the point of having membership waste of money . I drove 5 miles going only .Second thing I want 12 noon at Elm grove that one is also close.
This people are cheating us give you first month small amount and second month they will charge you more then 4 times.

And interesting things Online it says it’s open but when you go there, they always close so make sure whoever you are going to wash your car. Call them whether they open or not because you can’t not trust on the online timing.3 months agoHave been a customer since almost when they opened. The past two months the car washes have been awful. I have three cars on their Ultimate monthly plan, about $100/month. The dryers do not work well at all and bugs and dirt does not come off the front. I asked the “assistant manager” why such a change in the quality of washes. He states the main dryer is broken so the cars are coming out wet. Since this company changed their software and unlimited washes, the quality has suffered. No longer are we offered dash wipes at the entrance either. I cancelled our three subscriptions, going elsewhere.

4 months agoStopped at silver nail location today to vacuum my car. I’m a platinum member for 3 years. This sign greeted me with closed for maintenance. There was not a car in the parking lot. There was no one in the building dark as a cave. unfortunately, this is becoming a trend with this company. Ever since the Klum family sold, this wash to take five. It is going downhill fast. Unfortunately, they have great locations.
The Klum family took very good care of their past employees. This company obviously has low morale.3 months agoI went to the car wash just wanting a regular, old fashioned wash but this location went the extra mile and cleaned my interior too! The manager Jamie was so helpful and really informative, she knows how to run a business!a week agoMy Jeep was in great condition prior to entering your car wash and during the wash your spinners managed to crack my windshield As if a baseball bat smacked it and now it’s going into 3 months since and still no word from this company as to when my windshield will be fixed. They do not return any of my phone calls, and in fact, I’m told that corporate tells the staff not to reach out and usher there people that they will in fact take care of you, but it requires time when most of us that’s all we need to know is that we haven’t been forgotten about or completely scammed out of fixing what was broken by the car wash. Take my advice. Do not use this car wash. Wait in line at Quiktrip or wash your vehicle on your own but you’re taking a huge risk going through this car washa month agoI have a membership here but will be canceling it. The wash is closed more times than not and I never understood why, until myself and 3 others went through the wash and all came out with damage on our cars. The kids working there were more concerned about taking pictures and talking about it rather than do anything like call the manager right away. The fact the coat continues to increase with no warning either? I’d rather find elsewhere that is better quality and service.

I would not recommend this car wash. I’ve used this car wash several times and had no issues when it was Coast, but with Take 5 my back wiper blade got bent and broke, and I spent 30 minutes after the wash cleaning off the exterior as many spots were still dirty. Can management please contact me, I’d like a refund and my wiper arm repaired!
I recently visited Take 5 car wash and was blown away by their outstanding service. From Dominic the manager and the friendly staff to the meticulous cleaning and efficient process, everything was top-notch. My car looked incredible after the wash, and the facilities were comfortable. The pricing was reasonable too. I highly recommend [Car Wash Name] for an exceptional car wash experience!
Had a few spare moments and my car was badly in need of a wash. Went thru and quickly drove to my next appointment. When I came out of my appointment, I saw that my car was still filthy. I took it back between appointments the same day and no questions asked they allowed me to go thru wash again. I pulled over right outside of wash to inspect and car not much had changed. Still dirty. I didn’t try again and probably won’t ever. Have to say the service was friendly, but the wash isn’t worth the money or the wasted water. (Note: I bought the $18 wash package. Not the highest priced one, but definitely not the cheapest one)

The machines use a lot of soap which get my car really clean. But it also leaves soap spots in several places. The first time the right red rotator pushed my mirror backwards. The next time I came it happened again. The 3rd time I got out and pushed the mirror in and the machine pushed it back out. I also have scratches on my door handles. I have a fairly new car. This is the only car wash I use.
