a year agoTook my car through to get it clean, first run through and there was huge spots that were untouched and still dirty. The staff upgraded my wash and a second time through, my car is still dirty. Not the best experience for a car wash. The staff however was professional and friendly.4 years agoBeen here twice. The first time i had a bunch of water spots on my car that I had to remove once the car was dry and the second time something happened with the wash and my car didn’t get clean at all. They did give me a coupon to come back though.
Update: Went back to use my coupon. The coupon was good for one Ultimate wash but that is not what I got. The attendant didn’t pre scrub my car and seemed like I only got the basic wash. When I got home I had water spots still and dirt that was completely missed.
a year agoI paid $20 for the top tier car wash and it looks like I just drove right through with anything even attempting to wash it. Twice now this has happened here. I will not be returning.a year agoI’ve been reading these review and a lot of human error and no common sense. Even when you go through the car wash, you still have to wipe down the car. It took me 1 pass with my microfiber towel to catch any dripping water since I have a roof rack. Elizabeth was very helpful and got me in and out with no issues. My car is low and nothing got damaged.a year agoI am customer like 3 years ago, but in the car wash you have a old guy that is rude. I got a few cars in my account and when I need make changes in my account all the other guys always helped me. But this sr was so rude and he didn’t helped to me. Also the machine for wash the mats is broken and I have the mats for my car very dirty. I am maybe thinking in cancel my account as faster I will found another car wash

2 weeks agoI love the proximity to my house and how empty it is M-Th. Unfortunately the card reader always says expired on my debit card bit is fine on a CC…. that just isn’t logical to use unless I am really short on time. The water pressure goes in and out and sometimes the gun & foam brush distribute the wrong solution. Strong vacuums.
Otherwise, safe, clean and serves its purpose. Can’t speak for drive thru besides same card issue and I ended up backing out!
8 months agoBeen coming to this location ever since it opened and haven’t been disappointed ever! I bring all my vehicles here! 10/10 would Recommend coming to any of these Autowash locations to clean your vehicle!a month agoHalf the time, their auto washes are broken or dont work. I had a membership and finally got fed up because I could never use it. I got it to work 3 out of the 9 times I went
The membership allows 1 wash per day, and if it thinks you used it, it says you can purchase a second wash that day. You can also only be logged in on one phone every 30 days and they make you and your spose pay extra to have the membership on more than one phone even if youre only using one wash per day they still want you to pay extra. The only saving grace is their dog wash, which is why I purchased the membership in the first place, but I can wash both my dogs for less than the memberahip and get quality washes that work for less elsewhere. Pass them by and go somewhere else.a year agoWe have a membership here which is about $35 per month and you can wash you car every single day if you want.The wash actually works well. I’m generally satisfied with how clean the car is. The vacuums have good suction. The location is usually clean.
If there could be one improvement it would be that the dryer worked better. It would be great to not have to do a hand dry after every wash. But otherwise, a great value for the money and my car always looks good.
5 months agoTheir unlimited wash is a good deal. However, that means you will be waiting in line, sometimes for 30 minutes or more. If you don’t plan to come before 7am or after 9pm be prepared to wait. Most times there is a line and they only have 2 of 3 automatic washes open. Manual is a bit better but still often lines.

Since they were not able to accept Apple Pay, she treated me to a free basic car wash without hesitation. Many thanks and I will see you again soon!! Actually just signed up for a membership with the app. Amazing customer service.
I have had a multi-vehicle monthly pass for well over a year and ever since it’s switched over to Take 5, I have been disappointed. They added the detail station and remodeled some, which is cool, but the employees are lazy. They don’t even bother to pre-scrub your car anymore. I’ve pulled up to see people sitting in the non-membership line wondering where someone is or have sat at the wash waiting to be loaded in. Definitely considering checking out a competitor.
Horrible customer service! Understanding their car wash closes at a certain time, but considering several of us were there vacuuming our cars as their wash was down for the 2nd day in a row- they turned the vacuums off without allowing those of us that were there to finish up what we had left or even a heads up- The kids working had no care in the world and had spiteful attitudes.
It’s customer service for me here being the “problem.” Speaking for myself, I work in corporate, is it frustrating when people come moments before closing time. Understandably so… however, treating them poorly isn’t acceptable- giving us a heads up or at least a 5 minute grace would have been extremely helpful. I personally lose track of time trying to clean my car’ not an excuse just fact.
Those new to the “work” life must understand that in a world full of entitled people, there is also a respectful way to handle them! I am not saying I am entitled, but asking for some extra time past closing time, I feel is hypocritical on my part- so I am throwing it out there now… However, my point is, I’ve come to this car wash way before it’s “new management” and have had the monthly membership since its opened; I have NEVER encountered the behavior I did today. It was 7 minutes past their closing time– In all respect, I was trying to hurry, considering I just got off work myself and was trying to use the minimal time I had left before they closed.
I understand y’all close at a certain time, but the approach, the lack of consideration, and the demeanor the two gents had this evening was unacceptable and extremely inconsiderate. I asked for a couple more minutes just to quickly get my other seat vacuumed- and apologized that time had gotten away from me as I was again, trying to hurry there after working myself– I’m not one to leave reviews- but this here today was absolutely avoidable if they could have had a little more empathy and better customer service. I also understand sometimes people (myself) make end of shift annoying when tryingto leave work, but their attitude has now made me reconsider another location- I would have been a little less irritated if they wouldn’t have just shut everything down on those of us that were still there- or at least walk by and say something giving us even just 1 minute to finish up-
Maybe I am too old school- but I was raised with a little more compassion than these two had tonight- not cool.
Johnny was amazing!! I do the top of the line monthly car washes so my car is always clean as I am an uber driver. Johnny walked up asked what I thought of the car wash, I explained I like everything except the wash doesn’t clean my rims very well ….he jumped to it go on his hands and knees and personally cleaned my rims!! Great employee and great customer service!!
This used to be the car wash that we would go to however, over the years, the quality has not been the same. We went today and we paid for the $22 car wash and as we go through, we noticed there were no soap/car wash detergent dispensed. We parked and walked inside the office, the manager isn’t there but there are 2 teenagers working. We let them know there were no detergents dispensed and they just told us “that’s the maintenance issue” so if this is a known issue, why are you not addressing the issue and letting cars go through? We paid $22 for car rinse??? I don’t normally gave bad review but whoever manage this location needs to know that you can’t let just 2 teenagers working with no manager.
When asked if we can get a refund, one of them said, the manager needs to do it but it will be refunded. We even asked for a receipt to show that the refund will go back to us, the response given is their printer is broken too. So they need maintenance and IT to come and help them. Luckily, Thornton now have more than just one car wash.
