a month agoLove how this location has two car washes. Though I wish they had the skinnier vacuum hose to get into the smaller areas in my car. Still really clean and friendly staff!8 months agoQuick and cheap car wash, got the job done for my SUV and staff was nice. However once I got home I looked at my car and realized there were horizontal hairline scratches on it, most notably on the plastic parts. My car is literally brand new, just a few months old so I know it is not from wear and tear, and I hand washed before winter started. While at quick glance they are not noticeable, if this car wash scratches my car after one basic wash, over time it will cause significant damage. This car wash needs to assess whatever brushes they are using because unlimited customers may likely become unhappy customers if they come here year round, and unhappy that my plastic sides are already scratched. See photo2 months agoThis place is always super busy, but they have 2 washes and at least 4 entrances, which helps things move along better. Just the right amount of soap and water to remove the grime. They used to have problems with leaving a lot of soap on my car, but that was remedied long ago. Great place, great staff, and solid car wash.
As of Feb 11, 2023 we’re back to having lots of leftover soap on the car. Wasn’t especially cold or anything either. Maybe an off day, so we’ll see if it’s a pattern next week.

3 months agoThe staff is efficient. Even with a long line it did not take long to go through the wash.a month agoLiterally the worst car wash I have been to. The blowers only dried the sides of my car, leaving the windows, hood and back dripping, which created opaque drops when they did dry. They also don’t offer towels to help dry off the considerable amount of water that remained on my car. The wash did not remove bug splatters from the front bumper, hood or windshield. It was a waste of my $18.

2 months agoI love that they have free vacuums and towels to wipe down anything you want after you go through the wash. They also have a machine that cleans carpeted mats. Some free cleaning products (e.g. spray bottles) would make this place even better!2 months agoThis place was amazing… the guy standing help to go inside to wash the car. It is not even 5 min. I will be back all the time.4 years agoIf you want to get a cheap car wash that also scratches your car up and then have the manager of the car wash disregard your complaints, then this is the car wash for you. My husband took one of our cars here last week for a quick $3 wash because it just needed a rinse. He came home and I noticed several substantial scratches on the doors, top and from of the car that resembled the swiping motions a car wash would make over the car. Yes, my car did have a few other scratches that I was aware of before, but these were new and very obvious.
We went back immediately, spoke to their manager, and filled out the necessary paperwork so they would cover the damages to our car. Then we waited about a week to hear back from them, just to have them tell us that the marks were “inconsistent” with scratches that a car wash would make and that they probably happened when he was vacuuming the car afterwards. Seriously?! They look EXACTLY like the kind of scratches that the cloths in a car wash would make. The plastic vacuum hoses didn’t even touch the car and wouldn’t make scratches like this in paint if they did. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!
3 months agoFirst time visiting this place and I was so impressed! The facility’s staff was vigilant in maintaining the vacuums and restocking cloths. Speaking of cloths, This is the FIRST car wash in SLC that I’ve ever seen them supply cleaning cloths! This is my favorite place now🥰10 months agoLove the car wash, tire and wheel shine, free double vacuums, and most of all, the free moist towels to get those last dirty spots clean while vacuuming the car.

Awesome car wash. Several price points. Thorough car wash. They have *moist* towels for cleaning the exterior and interior. Mat washers which work awesome for cleaning plastic or rubber mats. High pressure vacuums, plus smaller high pressure air compressors. Plenty of room, makes cleaning your car efficient and highly satisfying 😌
This is the best car wash! I will drive out of my way to go here. The wash does an outstanding job, the vacuums always work well, the mat cleaners do an amazing job, and I love the fresh towels that are provided! At my most recent experience, Chris was extremely helpful.
I took my vehicle to wash it today. I LOVE LOVE LOVE MY Rocket Express off 11400 so and Redwood Road.
They have everything to clean your vehicle from the car wash itself (Longest in Utah), to the rug/floor mat cleaning machines, hoses, clean clothes free to use as many as you need, vacuums! The Rocket Express Team are excellent help if you should need it. They treat every single customer well here!! Thank you for your help today Garret. This is a good car wash, although the “senior management” service is extremely poor. You can get your car washed but be sure to never have anything you need help with or questions about. Will be cancelling my membership and letting others know to steer clear. There are other good car washes in the area with the service to match.
I went through this car wash about a month ago and saw scratches from the wash! I’ve reached out via email and voice mail with ZERO response from anybody, so here I have to post…. This new car is kept in a garage and hardly driven. 100% these scratches were not here before this car wash.
