6 months agoBetter off going somewhere else if you want your car to still be in one piece. They destroyed the covering to the rear view mirror, which was diacovered inside of the rim in the back tire. Came back and seen the manager help other people while I waited for well over 40 minutes for him to see what his employees done. After he was finishing the customers he felt like helping, he then says it’s not their fault, but offers deals of future car washes. Horrible management and not worth doing business with for the amount they charge.a month agoTook my tesla to get buff and wax amazing, fast, hard-working people and tesla owners make sure you have passive authentication off under security & driversin the last weekThe workers will steal your stuff. I had a small tourmaline crystal attached to a small base on my dashboard the employees stole the crystal but left the base and putty. Real filthy place with trash littering the parking lot and windblowing it into the landscaping against the fence like a foot deep.in the last weekTook my vw routan on Sunday to get a full shampoo. I was embarrassed when I pulled in to have it cleaned of how dirty it was on the inside.. this nice young lady with the pretty hair it’s I think is her name said oooo it’s ok don’t worry I was thinking wait until u get in and see.. Gilbert reassured me they will take their time and be very detailed.. after a few hours I got the call your car is ready I didn’t have high hopes because I really didn’t think alot of the stains would come out… I got in and I was truly impressed of how clean and new the interior looked all the stains I thought wouldn’t come out was gone everything was like new great job highly recommend worth every dime best money spent♥️♥️♥️♥️12 months agoI brought my truck to this car wash and paid for the super platinum service. However, here is how they washed my tires, but they are still dirty. Honesty I am very disappointed and expected a better outcome for what I paid.

2 months agoIt was easy to use and they had everything I needed to wash my car. Good placement of the vacuum cleaner station. I was able to vacuum and then drive forward into a bay to wash my car.a month agoVery bad customer service. My wife brought our car here yesterday at about 3:45pm. She was next in line to go through the tunnel. The staff woman was charging my wife’s card when apparently at that moment the car going through the tunnel went off the track. The staff woman got distracted and didn’t give my wife a receipt. Instead she told my wife and the cars waiting behind her that they had to back up and leave. She told my wife that she wouldn’t be charged but today we see on our online banking that we were charged. I took the car back today at 11:30am and explained to the woman what happened. She said she wouldn’t wash the car without a receipt. Then she accused me of lying by saying how did she even know it was the same car, which was very insulting. I asked to speak to the manager and she said there was no manager, that she didn’t know when a manager was coming and wouldn’t even give me the manager’s name. Then she said she would call the police if I didn’t leave. I’ve had some bad customer service experiences but this was the worst one I’ve ever had.2 months agoWorst experience today. So I just washed my car 10 min ago. I was on the phone talking , I forgot to use vacuum so I came back . The lady treated me wrong she asked me receipt. My question is y’all put your workers on work and they even can’t notice customers 10 min ago I just felt disrespected . I use to go every time now I m good forever. She looks confused. That’s not how you treat folks3 months agoThe “professional button presser” was incredibly rude and disrespectful. My vehicle was in nuetral but it began to roll quickly, So I applied the brake to avoid a collision. She accused me of being unable to read and that I didn’t know how to operate my own vehicle. I’m so glad the Harvard graduate showed me how to read a picture board. Places are represented by their staff and their staff is trash. She was immediately confrontational and a complete b@#$h! I’ll never go back.8 months agoThis place is a dump. Trash by everywhere, for a place to clean cars is very nasty, for the different prices that they charge, I think they can clean their own business. Also the brushes for clean the cars look nasty. I do not going back until they clean up well. 🤨

The best drive through car wash around. It cleans better than any others I’ve tried.
Very fast instant car wash for about $10 and $15 as there are two tier list. I prefet the cheaper alternative as it does the job for my Mercedes. Worth the dollar and only took less than 5 minutes. My only concern is unlike fast 5 it does not have a place to vacumm the inside of you car however for only the exterior it does the job well.
My only problem is their popularity. The line this week extended down the street. But they’re quite efficient so it moves quickly. About 13 minutes with the long line, from beginning to end.
I’m usually more of a manual spray car wash kinda guy but this drive-thru car wash is hands down the best I have seen in the Bay Area. Also fun ride for kids. $10 value is great and got the car real clean. Only baked on bugs may need to be done by a manual car wash. But for a quick good clean up this great and plan to visit more often as a busy dad.
