3 weeks agoIssaquah location, getting the “Berry Best” at a not so berry good price of $18.
Not sure what the difference is from the different teirs in the quality since the brushes only go over the car only once, & there’s really nothing cleaning the tires?
They start the prep by squarting a couple of times the windshield from a mysterious bottle of god knows what? Then they run you through the usual gauntlet of the car wash that just run the mops over the car.
But the other option would be to wash it yourself using the self-service, which usually costs you about $30.Midas 3-stars for the basic wash.
2 months agoThe staff are super nice here and they don’t try to hurry you up when cleaning your car out.in the last weekSaid it was open until 8pm, but only the self wash was. Waited 30m while the person in front of us filled buckets with soapy water and proceeded to hand wash his car. When asked if he would pull forward so that we could use the stall as intended refused. No attendant to regulate. Giant waste of time.3 weeks agoI’m a monthly member of the Beary Best package at Brown Bear. While Brown Bear is one of the better options in the Seattle region, it’s actually quite abysmal compared to other car washes in the western USA (and yes, I travel all over the western USA and the world). My 2 star rating is for the entire chain and not just Issaquah. First off, the Beary Best is way more than other car wash top tier monthly packages and no free vacuums. Brown Bear is successful in the Seattle area since all car washes are so horrible in this region. If Brown Bear where to open outside of the Seattle area, especially in Eastern Washington, Oregon, Idaho, or California, there is no way they would survive. Will I keep my membership…most likely yes, since Seattle area has no other way to keep your car clean, and Brown Bear knows this that’s why they can be so horrible.in the last weekWe got the best package and the front of my car wasn’t wash very disappointed

2 months agoTook my son’s car who’s overseas teaching English to Japanese children, through there. As we went through the automated system I heard a knock wasn’t sure as we came out and went to the end of the street with immediately noticed an additional noise coming from my undercarriage. We took our car over to Meineke in Renton where they informed us that it had knocked it down from the hangers I had to get it replaced at least I had a good experience spending $1,200 and Meineke for the replacement really not worth the car wash pricea year agoWent through the car wash, spent 24 dollars and it took my Womens Bumper off. They taped my bumper up, had me fill out a document and told me that they would have the manager call me the next day after they reviewed the camera. Did they take pictures of my car, absolutely not, but I did, they seemed to not really care that my bumper was hanging off.2 months agoThe carwash is ok. My truck didn’t get rinsed all the way so I had soap everywhere when I left. Kinda sucks but oh well.2 months agoSweet basic car wash, decent vacuums, well-stocked with towels, helpful cheerful woman running the show the evening of May 4th, 2023.a year agoHaters gonna hate but I run my C6 Corvette through onve every couple of weeks. I’ve never never had a problem and the car always looks great.

The staff at this location is very friendly – the cashiers and the attached Subway deserves five stars, and the Chevron gas station has good quality gas that seems to give me higher mileage and better performance. This review is for their car wash. I normally wash my car by hand, but was using my dad’s Ford Ranger, and it was exceptionally dirty. I made the mistake of not having the attendant remove my antenna, and as I was going through, it snapped off. Granted, the truck is more than 10 years old, but it goes to show that if it can break off a metal antenna, imagine what it can do to your car’s paint.
Vacumes lack suction about 40% of the time and I keep getting charged when i swipe my card to find out they have an issue. Also last week i paid for the brush wash and it was out of foam soap. Had to get up early to re clean and after 22 waisted dollars on the self wash the kid had to ask themanager if i could get a cheap drive through for free. To their credit they did as I showed photos but this isnt the first time ive lost money on the vacumes so while that was nice they need to maintain cacumes better because I clean my rental cars many times per week and im losing money.
Amazing!! No complaints whenever I come to this location! They hire great staff with charismatic energy and great smiles! We came when Ulises & Ayanna were working, such a great team! Definitely will come back
Watch out for the scammers here, they take up a spot in the self serve and wait. Then they will come up to you saying that they don’t take coins here anymore and ask for your card for cash. Do not do it, I suspect they are cloning the cards. Has happened twice in a row since my last two visits. Other then that great car wash
Employees were EXTREMELY RUDE!!! All 3 employees that were on shift seem to be completely clueless as to what they’re supposed to be doing. We pay for the Berry Best package, supposed to get a prewash and spray on our vehicle before entering the tunnel which did not happen. I am 100% disgusted with this car wash!
