Very unprofessional, had a beautiful grin and was then laughing at me while I was explaining that I had a bad experience. When I mentioned that fact, he proceeded to tell me that he would call the cops on me! Wonderful way to start my week. Thanks, Jacob at the 192 location!!So, one major problem, besides Jacob’s very apparent lack of customer service skills or remorse, is that their car wash could not get off the slightest hint of a substance on the door of my vehicle. A completely ORGANIC substance, might I add.
Jacob proceeded to ADMIT that they water down all of their car wash chemicals, as ALL the others do. WRONG Jake, not everywhere does that and I know this for a FACT!
Regardless, I cancelled any further membership with them and will be taking my business elsewhere and bringing as many smart people with me as I can! Sorry about your luck, El Car Wash 192.
3 months agoI admire and am impressed with staff they consistently Go Over and Over and Beyond with every car wash! My Point and Case today Tasha (see the pictures) noticed a car with grime on it and she literally got on her knees with a bucket and cleaner to make sure the car was clean…this is the Definition of Going Over and Beyond and Paying Attention to Detail‼️ This is also why I’ve been a Loyal Member since this facility open in the Summer of 2019. I’m sure I have very close to 1000 washes and interior cleans!The Team does not just aspire to make a living. They Aspire to make a difference and they Rock! I’m very Appreciative of them!

5 months agoThis place is decent, I have a subscription here. They offer “full service” car washes at this location but you still have to wash down the bugs on your vehicle. That being said, the windshield is supposed to be cleaned if even you miss a few bugs on the windshield. This was not the case however, I still had a dirty windshield after the “full service” treatment. Also, the area for bug prep usually stinks like sewage for some reason.I’m not gonna lie my old car wash further south had full service subscriptions for the exact same prices, and some things I think that should be integrated here to be truly full service are:
– Bug prep is done by staff
– Quality Control should be the shift manager inspecting for left over bug stains, or incomplete tire shines or dust on dash
– Air freshener options for the guest to pick that is sprayed in the vehicle before finishingThe people are always nice here, and I like the way it overall functions, it’s just missing a little bit of that extra to truly make it a great experience.
6 months agoDecided to try the interior Express after going through the car wash today. Was surprised to find out it was only $10 plus tax since we’re unlimited wash members. It was no wait, there were only two cars ahead of us, and it was done very quickly. You can see from the pictures they had a team of several people working on our car at one time. We’re very happy with how clean the interior turned out especially for 10 bucks! Obviously not as detailed or professional as paying a $200 fee at a car detailing shop but certainly worth it for a quick clean.

6 months agoMy car had light dust and dirt from sitting in a parking lot for a couple of months. I brought it in to get it washed before I did a wax/ceramic coat on it. I bought the basic ($5) wash. It was still really dirty on the hood and on the back of the car, and the dryer didn’t work well so the car was still wet.
They told me I needed to hand wash it first, and pointed me to the buckets with water and then they would let me run it through for free.
I told him that was the whole point of bringing it to a car wash, I didn’t wanna hand wash it myself. In any case I did the hand wash and re-ran it through. Unfortunately there were still dirt in the areas that I had not hand washed and again the dryer didn’t work so the car was wet and full of water spots.
I told the attendant that this was not acceptable. He told me this is what I should expect for the basic car wash and that I needed to buy the more expensive wash if I wanted the car to be clean and to get dried properly.
He asked me if I wanted the more expensive wash. I said absolutely not, I’m going to take it to a car wash that actually washes and drys my car.
I have come here many times of the last several years. Needless to say I will never be coming back.
7 months agoNot sure if the vehicles are being pushed thru to fast or if it is just bad brushes but it did not even touch the very front or the very rear of my vehicle I had to go over it by hand and re-clean it. But the tires were Cleand well and they used plenty of soap they did not cheap out on that. If they adjust or replace the brushes so they work properly they would be a 5 star car wash.4 months agoNot very impressed, first off it’s not $3 but $5. Even though that’s what’s all online. My car was only dirty from weather, nothing majorly dirty. Went through with standard wash and still have residue on car. Compared to other ones in the area not worth the money.
UPDATE: A week later and still see photo’s with the $3 price. Would have been a little more impressed if they offered for me to come back and have it rectified. Not if I come again and experience the same problem. I think I’ll pay the couple of extra bucks and go where I know my car will be cleaned correctly. SO DISAPPOINTED!!!5 years agoAwesome car wash, great make over!… Best $3 car wash around, and free vacuums!… You can’t beat that!…. best way in is southbound US 1 or if your going north make a left on Sarno, and your first right, Myrtle Ave, follow it down and it’s right there, alot easier then turning off of US 1, Theres no excuse for a dirty car! 🚗…This place rocks! Great attendants on site also, check it out!5 months agoI signed up for the monthly car wash a year and a half ago. I did not live close enough to wash my car often enough to be beneficial. It was supposed to be 1 month trial. I have paid for a YEAR!! before I realized it was auto on my credit card. My fault.
No one answers the phone, I had to drive there and no one is there in the office. I finally got an e-mail address. I requested they stop charging me and re-imburse me a little. They reimbursed one and were supposed to cancel the monthly charge.THEY are still charging my credit card!!!!4 months now!!!I No one answers the phone, there is no way to contact anyone.I had to cancel my credit card to stop the charges. Thats how they screw you over. Contacting Better Business Bureau now. It’s really 0 stars!!!!!

The response from Bill’s Car Wash (El Car Wash) was an automated response. I have already spoken to the customer support people several times and they still refuse to do anything about the damage to my car. SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!
Bills car wash (El Car Wash) is scam. I have been a regular customer for years. Six months ago, my passenger mirror was damaged going through their car wash. I reported this immediately, before leaving the property. We reviewed the video and watched the damage occur. I was told to come back at a later time and speak to a manager/owner named Mike.
Mike agreed to fix the mirror, wrote down his email address for me and told me to find a used part on eBay. He said installation was easy and that he was even willing to help me install the part.
I was unable to find the part on eBay or any other site and sent several emails to Mike, all of which went unanswered. I continued to stop by Bill’s car wash every week or two, trying to get the matter resolved. I was always told that they were busy at the time, there was no manager available, please come back at another time.
Finally, last week, I spoke to a manager who told me that I had waited too long to get the matter resolved. I explain to him that I didn’t wait at all, that in fact, it was Bill’s car wash was dragging their feet. He told me in any case, they would not be repairing my car.
I also called their customer service number and was also told they would not be repairing my car. I have spent a number of hours trying to find the proper parts and wasting my time on a promise that they would fix the car and now I’m left with the bill myself.

It takes a real special kind of a#$hole to not take responsibility for your company’s actions.i paid about $64 in membership over 2 months. On a trip to clean my car, their machines broke my drivers side tail light on my audi a4. I came back the following day to all of they found my tail light in the machine and the employee brought out the red lens that covers it, cracked. The owner bill walker told me that he would pay half of the cost to replace it (right around Christmas), and has ever since ignored all of my attempts at communication. Do I let it go and cause further damage while i give my kids a Christmas or do i spend the 300 on a new tail light and fix it. I will most definitely not be going back, and recommend to everyone, choose another business to support.
Update, April 10,2023. Still have not had any communication with the owner. Still has not kept his word, and i ended up out of pocket $400+ for a new tail light and installation. Still highly dissatisfied with the overall lack of giving a sh&@ about his customers. Poor business practice… Noted.
I love that their vacuums have super strong suction, also they have compressed air! The car wash attendants are friendly as well. The only thing I don’t like is the actual car wash. It doesn’t clean the front of your car at all so if you have bugs or any dirt on your front bumper, it’ll still be there even after paying for the $20 wash.
The car wash was great but the service was even greater. We had accidentally locked our keys, phone, and all personal items in our vehicle while vacuuming it out. Shane was more than helpful by leading us into the office to use the phone. We were able to get ahold of AAA and continue using the phone the entire time. Thank you so much Shane for helping in a time of need, good luck to wherever life takes you! You will do great things!!
