5 months agoFull detail on 2011 suburban never been done. Car looks show room now. Leather has life to it. Car is super clean. 3rd picture arm rest was brown as you can see it’s tan again. Very happy with the service and staff here. Customer for life now. A+a week agoI normally do not post any reviews unless it is necessary. I highly recommend you to skip this place and find any another one in the area. I paid $80.00 just so I can go home and clean the car again. They didn’t even open the trunk to vacuum it, mind you i had a 4-door sedan with nothing inside. I really expected so much more, I highly suggest you skip this place.5 months agoHad to wait in line for 11 mins and the line was just 3 cars ahead of me. Not sure what the problem was. Then the attendant guided us to all go to the left lane. She came to my window and i was on the car phone with someone,, i immediately wind the window down to hear what she had to say, she said nothing and motioned the cars behind me to move up on the right side, 3 of them. Moved up 1 spot and they came and got my car. The basic wash is now up to $29.99. I ho inside and notice they washing the 3 cars ahead of mine and I was there 11 mins before them! I speak with the manager and he apologizes and said he will speak to whoever. I finally go outside and yhe kid is aggressively asking me to see my receipt before I get in the car! I say , the attendant didn’t tell me I had to keep it! Get home and look down at the frame as I open the car door and it is dirty as heck!3 weeks agoI come here to have my oil changed and get the car washed. They take good care of my vehicle and the staff is very friendly. I have the monthly membership, my son likes to come and spray all the cars with soap and he likes that we get a free item for being members. Chapstick and mints are his two favorite things to choose.2 months agoI had the works and the super interior done. I wish I took pictures of my vehicle before they worked on it. They did an excellent job taking out the old stains I had on my seating and flooring! It looks almost brand new. The Norwalk location provided excellent service and facilitated in breaking down the services to me. I would highly recommend going here. The only reason why I did not give it 5 stars is because I wish that the wiping of the windows and interior door handles were done a little bit better. However, that would pertain to a detailed service. They did an excellent job and cleaning everything and working around my belongings.

a month agoWent in the car wash and the entire exhaust got ripped out of my car and they don’t want to take accountability for it even though this happened INSIDE their car wash! The manager just kept repeating the same sentence over and over and would cut us off every time we tried to make a point. He refused to show us any footage of the car before and during the wash and only showed us the last 5 seconds of the video when the exhaust comes off. When he got there he said “I’m going to be honest with you, I haven’t watched the footage yet” and kept making claims of how it wasn’t their fault even though he hadn’t watched the video. He refused to give us a copy of the videos. Has anything like this happened to anybody else?4 months agoThis is the coolest car wash around! My kids and I love going through here. You can’t tell from the front so go through it for the fun! There are great service attendants to make it fun with different outfits that shoot soap cannons and kids can do too. The car wash works great and never any damage from it great finish. They also have a self service area to deep clean with free products for members that’s only 20 bucks a month for unlimited washes. I’ve been to splash and others and nowhere can top this great experience, thanks Russell Speeders! *also has never been out of operation when I went nice job.2 months agoI have been an unlimited pass holder at Russell’s Car wash for several months. Today I had a terrible experience. Dried soap residue did not wash off the car when going through the car wash. I attempted to go through the car was again utilizing my unlimited pass and was told this would not be possible as they were closed. Laineker attempted to accommodate me by washing the residue himself. His coworker Lucas made no accommodation and was instead interested in making me verify my membership and wanted to argue about where the residue came from when I just passed through the car wash 2 mins prior. I ended up washing the car myself with a towel and spray given to me by Laineker as the staff continued to make sarcastic remarks at me washing my car. Lucas discouraged Laineker from washing the car because “they did not want me to sue if he were to scratch my car” Terrible customer service, I would not recommend anyone to go to this location.2 months agoI want to share my opinion about the work done by Cecilia at the car wash. I have had the opportunity to be a customer of the place several times and have always received exceptional service.
Cecilia stands out for her customer service. He always greets me with a smile and makes me feel welcome. He is also very efficient at his job and makes sure my vehicle is spotless before I leave the place.
Also, you noticed that Cecilia is very careful with details. He not only cares about cleaning my car, but also makes sure that no stains or scratches are left on the paint. It is evident that he has a great commitment to his work and does everything possible to offer a high quality service.
In short, Cecilia is a valued employee at the car wash. Their customer service, efficiency, and attention to detail make the place stand out from other car washes. I am always satisfied with the service I receive from her and I am sure other clients are too.

2 months agoPretty good spot far a quick car wash. They have all the products you need to detail your car (by yourself). They even had wax! Cecilia was around making sure all the cleaning supplies were available and gave me a new Can of glass cleaner since the last one was almost empty. She rested the whole cart right away! Way to go…

I went for an express detail and when I got the car back the mirrors weren’t done, the wheels weren’t done, there were leaves and debris in where the wipers are and in door jams were dirty. I called to talk to the manager and told him that i just paid $145 for a detail and the car isn’t anywhere near what I expected for what I paid. He said come back he will go over it with the detailers. When I got there it was just a bunch of excuses. Save your money and go elsewhere if you want your car detailed!!!
UPDATE: I spoke with Jose their regional manager who contacted me after I made this post. He had one of this employees hand deliver a free five star certificate to me yesterday and assured me when I come in and have it done that he will oversee the entire process.
I was looking for a car wash, to come often and today I came for the first time and do you think my car is clean?, I told the guys that there was garbage in the car and they answered me with a bad attitude that they had more cars coming. The worst experience of my life
Ever since I moved to Stamford, the Slash was my “go to” destination for a quick car wash as well as the express detail service. I like the fact that the cars are hand washed. The staff is always very friendly. Just today I got an interior detail even though they were just about to close. I appreciate them going an extra mile for me!
