The vacuum bay is always pretty busy, but people have been surprisingly considerate, I’ve never not been able to get a spot when I wanted one. Plus my kids love looking for the hidden duck, and my dog enjoys the experience too!5 months agoI love going to Quick Quack. My account works at all places, and I have been able to go get a car wash pretty much wherever I go.
I realized I already left a review. I have been to so many different locations, but the Saratoga is my favorite. I love them all, but I really appreciate the positivity and more. Thank you, Mike, and team!3 months agoWe went through the Quick Quack car wash just now and Aria drew these on the windows for our kids 🙂 my daughter gasped and said “a butterfly!!” They loved it and anything that makes my kids happy makes us happy! Thanks Aria and thanks Quick Quack 🦆 !!3 weeks agoCollin was so happy and friendly. Got me checked in fast and made sure all was going to be ok with my car. It has a wheelchair ramp that makes it a little lower to the ground than some. I really appreciated his great customer service and the wash did a great job.3 months agoI am always greeted with a smile. Really friendly staff. The wash and vacuums are decent, but the staff are what make this location great. My kids love when they draw a picture on the window before we go in.

2 weeks agoGood wash for older vehicles that are in bad shape but don’t use for newer cars or trucks it broke off my stock automatic running board off my new truck. Filed a report with them was promised a call within a week this was February 25th, it’s now the middle of July and no matter how much I call or stop by I have been promised a call from a manager and still nothing. Better to use a higher quality car wash for cars you care about.a month agoI love this location! The employees are super nice and are always willing to help! Check it out!2 weeks agoWent to quick quack today to try it out rather than washing my car myself. Got there and couldn’t even tell if they were open, nobody in the line, the gates were up and I sat there until 2 minutes later some kid walks up. Last time I was here the rate was like $8 which I thought was higher than the rest. However it was $12 for a basic wash. I thought whatever I need a car wash right now. So went through and typically they spray my windshield with bug stuff. Nope, some kid on his phone is just waving me down, and the hose is hung up. That’s when I got irritated. Expensive car wash with a terrible service that doesn’t even do the full job. Got out, I still had bugs on my windshield, dry spots on my passenger window. Won’t be going back there again. Mister car wash is the way death Vader would say.2 weeks agoThe employees are always so nice to talk to. They are very welcoming and they handle problems very well. I also love the towels they have. I always feel like I leave the wash with my car looking great.

I don’t even know what I payed for, the guy was incredibly pushy for a membership and I’m glad I declined because this is by far the worst car wash experience I’ve seen.
I went the other day for my first time and I will definitely be back! I got help from Lily and she made it so easy! I got all signed up for my membership and so I’m excited to be back. It was so quick and easy! And my car looks great!
Steer clear. We were charged for two cars plus activation fees totaling $120.00 + while also being told that our card had declined and that we only had the option of giving them another card or cancelling. We weren’t asked to sign anything to cancel. We were just told it had been done, until one month later when we were billed again.
I call CS and they say our card never declined and that it was never cancelled and they can’t offer anything. No help, no understanding. They basically called me a liar and said that this couldn’t happen. That a young adult couldn’t have made a mistake and looked at the wrong account or logged something incorrectly.
I asked to cancel again and again wasn’t given an email or any confirmation so now I have to swap cards before they bill me again.
The first call center employee wanted to give a discount but after the “manager” took over they didn’t want to do anything. They said they weren’t able to even after offering it previously.
Also, the site is broken and won’t allow you to submit a request since the captcha is missing but is also required?
Even if all of this hadn’t occurred, you don’t want to go here as the system never did get anything clean and left several large scratches on our doors.
Ryder was cool and helpful. Love coming to this quick quack because of his excellent service! Made my day. Before I was so sad thinking about the world and society and how one day I will die. Now my day is a little brighter all thanks to him and quick quack car wash !!
Quick quack car wash has done a great job of promoting, advertisement, locations, etc. They also do a great job of hiring good clean cut friendly kids. That’s where it ends! The car wash is absolutely horrific. Hundred percent believe I could do a better car wash with paper towel and a bottle of water
