What People Are Saying: 5 Customer Reviews

  1. Absolutely disgusted at the response I received via email to a damage report filed merely 11 days after signing up for their unlimited monthly promotion. On my third visit, my antenna was completely ripped out of my Infiniti QX4. Being a 2002, it was still in excellent condition, and the woman who responded to my claim via email was accusatory and claimed that this COULD NOT HAVE HAPPENED. I wonder if there isn’t a dumpster on site filled with the many items that become violently dislodged from their customer’s vehicles on the daily. Reading other reviews, I am sure I must go in person to immediately end my membership before months or years pass without being able to reach someone by phone.

Sadly, I was a hopeful new customer just under month ago. In a mere three car washes you have completely destroyed any chance of my future business, and I am not a person who often leaves reviews, but this needed to be said.

No integrity and no value in their customer service response team. One kind thing I can say is that the young lady who signed us up and the other young lady who gave me the information needed to file a damage claim were very responsive and kind. Beyond that, no dice. Do yourselves a favor, ladies. Go work somewhere you will be appreciated and paid what you’re worth. Kevin’s ain’t gonna be able to get you there. 🎲🎲

*Edited post response: You would have a better chance at regaining my trust if you could ensure I regained my antenna. I noticed on so many other responses there is an email to reach out to for further communication to resolve the issue. This was lacking in the response you left here. Perhaps you could offer a legitimate solution, that would be a positive step in regaining said trust.

  2. Zay was very helpful and polite in cleaning my car mats for free and sharing info about the wash options. The front entrance people were amazing today helping me to see the value in getting signed up for the monthly unlimited washes. Best car wash in town with unlimited car detailing tools and cleaners. Favorite spot to go.

  3. Kevin’s car wash did not do well today for me. Most of the cleaners were filled with water. No chemicals at all. I got a nice scuff on my fender when I washed it today then I have to try to get buffed out. This is the second time that this is happened that one of the car washes. I usually go to Omaha to get my car washes done but I like to travel and be able to wash it when I go to Kansas City to see my family. The air nozzles barely worked last time that I was there for blown up crevices. Today they had zero air at all and the air nozzles. Overall was pretty dismal experience compared to normal even from this location. Everybody seem to be ticked off at the world around there. None of the employees had very happy personality. If this was normal, I would not pay a monthly charge for this. Look at the pictures you can see I went around for a whole bunch of different stations and took pictures of the different bottles. You can definitely tell by the glass cleaner that is water down diluted really bad summer nearly pure white, I also noticed it in the all purpose cleaner and in the scented carpet spray. I went there two weeks ago to the same location and I honestly felt that it was below par for what I expect at all the other locations I go to a Russell Speeder’s. Today it was much worse than when I speak of the personalities I talk to two people walking by and didn’t even understand what they were saying because they’re mumbling and avoiding eye contact.

  4. Went here on July 14, 2023, to have my car washed as usual. Ended up with getting my bumper pulled off. Went to file a complaint and a member hands me a business card and says I have to do it online. Go to file the complaint and get charged to fill out and send the form. Then on top of it is a third party the form gos through. In the end it’s going to cost me a thousand dollars to fix, and probably will never here from them. Will never use there services again and would not recommend it to anyone.

  5. I’ve been coming here on and off for a couple years. I have always had issues with the employees pressuring me to sign up for a membership but never anything concerning until today at about 12:30. (Saying that so the business can check schedule and see who was working the front where they swipe cards) A man immediately said “I see you used to have a membership here, why not anymore?” I proceeded to tell him moved away into south KC. It felt like he was interrogating me because he then asked me why I’m the area then. I told him “look, I really don’t want a membership, please just give me the cheapest wash.” He then looked at me and threw his hands up saying “well you come here enough to know that we always pitch you a membership obviously, so you can see why I would try, right?” He was straight up lecturing me. This man was completely serious and no smiles/joking at all. I had to end up resorting to cutting him off to tell him I did NOT want the membership. He then took my card and didn’t say anything, not even a thank you after handing me my card back. This business really needs to work on taking no as an answer because I have always had this problem, which makes me dread coming. I’m here to get my car washed and detailed like I do maybe twice a year. I will not be coming back after the hostility and unprofessional experience I had today from a grown a$$ man.

Just got my car washed there. Don’t bother. My car looks like it hasn’t been washed at all, including the dirty water dripping down the back. (See photos). They got rid of the people that dry too. Go someplace else or wash yourself.

VACUUM FIRST! The way this car wash is set up, the *big* bay of vacuums are before the car wash. If you go through and still want to vacuum, there’s a mini vacuum station for space for maybe 6 cars (vs 12 for the big one). The cleaning towels are only on the mini side. I didn’t see a mat cleaner machine and there’s not forced air either. If they added these things, it would be a 5 star even though the layout is a bit confusing.

As far as quality, we have the membership so we can go to any location in KC and this one is just as good as all the others! Gets our car nice and clean. The attendants are so friendly.

I really try to like y’all’s car wash, I love the free vacuuming, I forgot today, but when I come through, I try to make sure I have some cash on me so that I can tip the young ones. Before there were any issues, I always wondered, why is it only one person on the left side of the car spraying that side of the car down? What about the other side of the car? That’s dirty too, and who knows which side is the dirtiest, shouldn’t matter, when the whole car is supposed to be cleaned. Ironically today this out of the car that was dirty and cause me to notice was the side that was sprayed down. Every time that I come here through trying to give it another chance, my car is always still dirty! It doesn’t matter what washing I choose, as I have chosen all of them but I think one, though I probably have done all of them. Either way, all of the different washes should thoroughly clean the car. The mechanisms of the giant cloth strips just the weight of them alone obviously isn’t enough Force to thoroughly touch the car with enough pressure to actually clean it. This car wash is literally for free drying, and after you have went somewhere else or, manually washed your car on its own, use the vicinity to do a quick wash up of the car, but never any actual cleaning of dirt. Shame. I really try to like it.

This business needs to redo the membership process. There should be a separate line for new members. I waited 20 mins for a wash when there literally was no line! Then finally a worker moved the barricade to allow others to proceed. They should’ve did that a long time ago.

The location is easy to get to, but hard to get out of. The worker, poor thing, was freezing. But, she still did an excellent job. The car wash itself, it’s a real short trip through, so I don’t honestly feel like I got my money’s worth for my car wash. I spent nearly $20 and the total length of the car wash is about the size of one and a half parking spaces.

Auto wash. The gentleman in the wash bay wasn’t at all interested in guiding me onto the track so I didn’t mess up my tires, or spraying less than half of my vehicle before the auto movement took over.
And by the way I believe we pay for the whole vehicle to be washed, where is management and owners when there is not enough employees???? There is rarely enough employees.
When another car wash opens up near me, I’ll try it.
If your employees are happy your customers will be happy.

I loved the light show with my Premier wash!!

I did ask to down grade to a lesser membership and the young man canceled me altogether. I went back for a wash and was asked to pay 31.99….I left…. so embarrassing

First time trying the car wash under this ownership. Half of the rear of my SUV didn’t even get wet. The dust was still on the car after the basic wash. Same with the front. It might do ok with sedans but not with an SUV and mine isn’t that big. It also didn’t clean bugs from the windshield or droplets of coffee from the outside side door. I won’t return. Vacuums were ok not great. I still need to go wash my car again.

I purchased the 40 monthly pass- this carwash doesn’t get my vehicle clean- I have been through 3 times and had to go to an old fashioned carwash to pressure wash the passenger side of my car. When I asked the attendant if they could spray all sides of my car down real good, he said that unfortunately they had to raise wages so their employees were making a “living wage” and therefore they don’t spray cars down anymore. The times I went through they quickly sprayed the front, driver’s side, and rear of my car. I’m all for good wages etc, but the service shouldn’t suffer for it. I pay a monthly fee for an automatic car wash so I don’t have to go spray my car down myself. I canceled the membership today after it being active 2 weeks. We’ll see if they try and charge me again…

Guy at the gate didn’t do much. Didn’t even look my way. Why not have a machine I can use to pay? Paid for the premier service. Guy inside sprayed half the car. Still had bug guts on the front when I rolled out. Won’t waste my money here again.
