a week agoI hadn’t washed my car in quite awhile and it was really dirty with baked on dirt and bugs from the sun. My first wash was great considering how dirty it was! 5 years agoWe got exactly what we paid for. We went here because we needed to remove the bugs from our road trip from Nevada to Idaho.
We payed via a automated machine and selected our choices. Then you wait for the gate to open and enter the line. Once at the start the employees wash down your car and they scrubbed our windows. You put your car in neutral and allow the tire guides to lead and pull you through the car wash.
I have always felt like the hanging slashed rag looks like a hula skirt. LOL
Then when you get to the dryer end there is a sign that tells you to pull forward. They have several vacuum cleaners here so that you can completely clean your car out. Reasonably priced.
a month agoThe truck didn’t come as clean as it used to. The back window was still dirty, bugs still on front of truck and mirrors. These guys are always so professional, helpful, and accommodating. Today I was taking my daughters vehicle through the car wash and the attendant even offered to take the hitch off for me. And great job to all of you!!
I was so disappointed this morning. I have been using this car wash service location exclusively since it opened. Today after noticing that the car wash didn’t perform like all the other times, I went back around and discussed the issue with the employee at the terminal. She told me that because I wasn’t a member, there was nothing that she could do for me. All I wanted was to send my car through again to fix the issues that the first wash did poorly.
When she refused to help, I asked for the manager. She told me she was the manager.
I told her that I would never be back and that I would make this notification to try and inform the people I care about that they should avoid this poor service. She then said I shouldn’t make threats. This isn’t a threat satisfied, this is a warning to the people I care about. I wish this location cared about quality and people the way so many other businesses in town do.
Best car wash in town, hands down. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure you have the best experience from pulling up to the pay/members lanes to drying/vacuuming after. I got the opportunity to talk to the assistant manager who was extremely kind and even brought me an extra towel. Top notch service. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
Always great customer service. Once when my subscription had lapsed and I didn’t have the funds, instead of turning me away, they let me through. Super sweet and totally unexpected, but that alone left a lasting impression on me as my kids were in the backseat. ❤️
Another time, my tinted rear window was shattered prior to going through (in my defense, I thought it was just ice melting and it was night time). During the drying, my window caved in. No fault to them whatsoever. But they used what tape they had to keep it from totally giving out on my way home. Just further proving my point towards their amazing customer service that so many businesses lack now a days!

Great service staff, vacuums and such worked great! During the wash: only one vertical brush even touched our car- there are a couple sets of brushes but the only one to touch the car was the second set, on the driver’s side.. the rest spun but never touched the car… might be normal?? No idea.
