I drove from Rock Island to use this car wash because it’s the best in the area.a week agoMy wife was in for a wash 6 days ago and was told to come back before 7 days and enter the code for a wash. The code was invalid and we were informed that the employee that told her this information was wrong about the time span of the use of the code and they wouldn’t honor the code. I loved how they had someone guide me into the bay. I’m planning on buying a monthly unlimited plan. I had washed my car the day prior at a different car wash, and had used the vacuums there, and they didn’t even leave a dent compared to quick shine. a month agoExcellent service and so inexpensive that I felt compelled to tip. Hard working young people of all types NOT on their phones, but paying attention to the job at hand. My bug splattered SUV looked fab for only $15.a week agoOriginally went to the west kimberly location which was understaffed that day and did not have enough people to do the inside, went to the east kimberly location next day to get inside cleaned and was surprised that they rewashed my vehicle and cleaned the inside at no charge even though I offered to pay. Both places the employees were very pleasant and did their very best. Thanks to all!a year agoFirst off, I hate giving businesses bad ratings, that being said, being disappointed with the service I got on my first visit is an understatement, went in for a full service as the interior needed a good cleaning, my truck came off almost as dirty as it was before, they only water the floor mats, a lousy vacuum to the seats, and quick pass with a rag. This was a ripoff, not the way to run a business, I’ve gotten way better cleaning for half the price. This was a scam, I did not received the service I paid for, never going back.4 months agoI was talked into a free 1 month trial of their unlimited wash membership. I asked if there was a way to cancel it online, and the girl told me no, but all I had to do was call them to cancel. When I called to do so, Cecelia told me I had to come in person to cancel. When I told her I was not going to do that & wanted it cancelled, she told me “Fine, it’s canceled. But next time, do me a favor and don’t get upset about it because I’m only doing what I am told to do.” and she hung up on me. I never raised my voice at her, I never got upset, I just told her firmly that I wanted it canceled as I was told I could call and do, and she immediately got all bothered about it. I called right back to talk to her supervisor and got Steven. He was just as bad, he heard the whole thing and saw no issue with it. I asked for a corporate number and was told they could take my number and have someone call me back. Nah, doubt it would actually happen, and honestly, not worth my time. I’ll just pass on my experience to the Google-verse and never give them my business again. Done.
Also, their credit card system does not allow for tipping, which I think is a huge bummer for the hard workers that did such a great job cleaning my car. They are the only reason I’m generously giving 2 stars.a month agoI paid $38 for the full service wash and the inside doesn’t even look like it was touched. It looks absolutely horrible. I thought I would give pro clean a shot but If you want it done right you have to do it yourself so I will stick to doing it myself. It’s impossible to find good work or services these days. So disappointing!

Very expensive for such a poor quality wash. Might be an okay option if you are an unlimited member and go frequently.
For an occasional wash there are better options. Such a shame that Water Park is no longer around.
I pay for a monthly package that I don’t get.. to start with is the tire dressing? It’s a joke. You’re better off going to kwikstar car wash.
Not the Detail Service as in the past. Top of truck not waxed, wheel wells not cleaned, exterior parts not done with armor-all. Just seems rushed. No manager checking when autos are finished. Guess I’ll check out Miracle Wash….
East Kimberly in Davenport is the best!
After multiple lack luster experiences elsewhere, East Kimberly saved my membership there. I was working on cancelling when I gave that location a try and I’m glad I did!

Unfortunately, there is no way I can give you NO STARS…ugh…
In January 2022, I came into your place of business to dispute a RECURRING MONTHLY CHARGE on my credit card…in view of the fact that I NEVER AUTHORIZED SUCH A CHARGE.
You told me it was a mistake, credited my card $64…and told me it would never happen again.
THEN YOU CONTINUED TO DO IT ANYWAY.
i have disputed these bogus recurring charges with my Discover card — and officially blocked you from my account.
I will be sending a copy of this letter to the Better Business Bureau, posting it on my Facebook page, and YOUR Facebook page, and I can hardly wait to write a Google Review regarding your sketchy business practices.
