6 months agoI signed up for the PLATINUM EXTERIOR membership. The employees are the friendliest, always happy to see you, and helpful. The car wash is the most amazing wash I’ve ever had. After my second wash, my car looks and shines better than the day I bought it. I will never take my car to any other car wash.2 weeks agoI splurged and spent $22 on a car wash. After running it through I noticed there was a large dirty spot on the side of my car still and the front of my car was still very dirty. They let me go through again but after I got home I realized that same dirty spot was still there along with the front end of my car still being very dirty. I noticed that the spinning things really didn’t touch my car the second time through honestly disappointed with spending that much money and still having a dirty car.a month agoIt’s my favorite of all the ones that we have in Clarksville, but I don’t get to St B often enough to use it. The one at Dover Crossing is very close to home. I like it so much, I’ve had a membership with them for going on 3 years now. Employees at all locations are very friendly and always smiling.9 months agoPaid for platinum, after wash still had bugs on windshield and grill, hood was still dirty. Allowed me to go back thru and while driving home still had dirty windshield. I know bugs are hard to get off but 2 washes and not clean.
9 Oct 22 – I did not call as asked and decided to return because of location to my house and give them another chance. I usually was the truck myself but some health issues are limiting. Purchased the platinum, went thru, drove 1.7 miles home, got out of truck and again disappointed. As I entered the wash, a young lady attempted to spray what I would assume is bug cleaner on the grill and barely got the sprayer on before she had to move out of the way. As I went by, she hit the back on my drivers side mirror. I wish I had better pictures of the hood which of anything should be spotless. White streak down the middle, and along the inner sides of indents. I think the grill speaks for itself. Windshield at bottom between blades and below is still dirty where blades do not hit. 20$ for 2 minutes would think truck would be clean top to bottom. Again sorry pictures are not the greates.
3 months agoI love Mister Car Wash. It’s a great value compared to other car washes in town. Their staff is friendly and helpful. I recommend Mister Car Wash to anyone who wants a quality car wash at a reasonable price.

The towel, glass, and interior cleaner station is always stocked and kept neat. I bring all my cars here. Here’s my truck after I got home. Channen helped me with picking out my membership and explaining each one for me. Both managers were really respectful and had clean lot.I recommend this car wash. The detail center was great. Thank you so much!a month agoAfter being treated poorly by a worker after Take 5 took over I gave them another chance when I took my issue to the manager. He assured me that they don’t condone his behavior, apologized for his behavior and oddly I’ve never seen the employee at work again. Well they hardly have towels anymore and the air guns work maybe half the time. I have a monthly for my personnel vehicle and my work van. My wife also had the best tier package and recently canceled her membership. They will not let her finish out the month she paid in advance for and they will not pro rate the amount. It seems the location has gone down hill since ACW sold it. Taking our business back to screaming eagle. The air guns were a major plus but the continuous poor customer service and broken equipment isn’t worth the hassle. Also, Take 5 is the most expensive wash in town. So why pay top dollar for less than advertised service??? Sad really.3 months agoWas quite happy with the previous car wash. NOTE: Any reviews from older than March of 2023 on here are for the previous car wash. Take 5 Car Wash just opened March 2023 here. Like I said, I was happy with the previous car wash here. Take 5 is not nearly as good. They took away all of the good vacuums and haven’t even replaced all of those. Every time I have been there recently, most are not even operational. I had signed up for the monthly wash program previously – now I will cancel that and move on to another one.

If I could rate zero stars I would. Was promised several times that the car wash was designed to accept light bars and roof racks. Not even halfway through my light bar was ripped off my truck. After getting the run around several times they refused to pay for my roof repair leaving 4 holes in my roof and several dents. Talked with other people who have used mister car wash in the past and they have had the same issue. The car wash damaged their cars and mister denied repair costs. My truck is now in the shop for the next few days and I’m without a vehicle. So not only am I stranded but I’m also having to pay for repairs that they caused out of pocket. All I wanted was the holes repaired but all they offered was a couple free washes. Didn’t even refund the wash that caused the damage. Do not use mister car wash. They do not care.
Update: just got the estimate for repairs. $1500 just to fix the holes and dents in my roof. Not even to replace the light bar and brackets. On top of time away from work and the cost of a rental vehicle.
Love this place. Got the subscription as well.
A normal premium wash is $20 so it was a no brained with summer coming to get the membership. Unlimited washes at all locations. I asked if I could get 3 washes a day and was told I could just make circles through if I wanted.
As of 3/4/2023:
Basic is $19.99 a month
Premium is $29.99 a month.
Love choosing the most expensive option only for the attendant to put zero effort into actually washing the front of the car. Pictures don’t really do it justice.
I go here often because I subscribe to the monthly Titanium package, which is good at all Mister locations. My car is always clean and shiny. It’s not difficult to modify or cancel the subscription online.
Even though I almost never see the same person twice, the folks working here are friendly and always wave.
The vacuums are powerful and potentially free if you didn’t buy a car wash already (enter through the exit side).
