a month agoI went to this car wash today around 4:45. The staff had to manually let me through because there was an issue with my pass. I was not even halfway through the gate before it collapsed and fell on my brand new car. I have not even had this car for three weeks and there is a huge dent, paint scuffs, and chipped paint on my brand new 2023 vehicle. I have already taken it to 3 places to get estimates for repair. The entire side panel needs replaced and will be $2500. Immediately when this happened the two attendants started laughing like this was the funniest thing they have ever seen. When I came out of the car wash, they did not even check my car or ask if my car was okay. I approached them and told them that it’s not a laughing matter and that my personal property is damaged and they had no clue how to even handle it. I waited for a manager to come and filed an incident report, and essentially drove away with my brand new car being torn up and destroyed as a result. I will continue to write reviews on Google, Facebook, and email corporate until they fix my car. The gate was faulty and destroyed my brand new car.10 months agoSeveral of the vacuums were broken so I had to wait to use one. The only bottle of spray available was one bottle of bug wash, no windshield cleaner, no multipurpose cleaner. Rainstorm used to be a pretty decent facility to wash your car inside and out but for $18, I and not satisfied. Will be looking for a different facility from here on out.a year agoWe get the $10.00 per wash version when we go, bought off one of their gift cards. Their machine does a good job, but best if you use their cloths supplied to remove the finals waters drops. They provide free vacuuming also to finish off your trip. They have multiple payment options and service packages you can sign up for.4 months agoWent for a car wash. Didn’t dry my car off, still had soap all over my windows after the “dry”. Some of their vacuum bays don’t even have vacuums. Just seems very run-downed and employees just don’t seem to care.. glad my wash was free because I’m not coming back to this one.5 months agoRainstorm is the fast food of car washing experiences and will serve its purpose with out any issues.

a year agoGreat job clean first time friendly employee’s attention to detail I have been cost to cost fantastic place vacuum work the hand towel is a good idea three stars if you don’t believe me try some of the places I have reviewed this business three times Consistency in cleaning the vehicle is about 60% The bird poop was still on the windshield most of it was off the back there is various places around the vehicle where I did not get cleaned get cleaned I could ask him to run it back through again but I believe that don’t put another coat of wax on they just run it through the regular thing so the racks that gets taken off that she had put on Does not really make much sense More to come2 months agoClub is the best car wash in town but the last time I was there it was near closing time and the vacuums shut off at 8:00. The staff refused to turn the vacuums back on yet there was several peope there and they weren’t allowed to finish vacuuming their vehicles. Is it so hard to change the timers to 8:15 or 8:30 so other people can finish clean their vehicles.5 months agoI love this car wash! Always pull away with an entirely clean car, even though I have the cheapest option monthly membership. It definitely pays for itself, I wash my car 4-8 x a month. You are given good quality clean towels to wipe off any left over droplets, which isn’t too many! While I’m vacuuming my car, they will wash off your floor mats and hang them to dry for you. The vacuums. Best ever!! Could pick up a bowling ball off your floor, I swear! Thank you!3 months agoI stopped in yesterday to sign up & run my car thru the wash… I recently purchased a new car & I’m not quite used to the “bells & whistles “… needless to say I got stuck & as soon as that happened the manager, Mya was on the scene… she guided me through the wash manually making sure everything went smoothly….afterwards she offered to help me figure out how to make sure this doesn’t happen in the future… her customer service exceeded expectations! Club Car Wash is lucky to a very conscientious, knowledgeable, and customer service oriented manager!

We have a Ford F350 longbed truck and a 41’4″ RV. We stopped for lunch and noticed this Blue Beacon right next to the Pilot Truckstop. We had heard from other RVers that Blue Beacon was a good place to use. I called and they said to come on over. They had two bays and both were operating. It was easy to get into the line. They were all super nice. We were quoted 42.00 to wash the truck and fifth wheel. We we offered rain-x for both vehicles, and citrus shine for the wheels, with taxes it brought the total cost to 67.50. That’s a great deal. They did a fantastic job. We couldn’t be happier!
