3 weeks agoThe room was very clean, the air conditioner works great and the grounds is immaculately kept. The staff is wonderful and very accommodating and the price is GREAT!!!7 months agoI got a reservation at this place and I guess because it was 11:45 pm it was too late for them and just didn’t respond to my phone calls nor my text messages that I sent them. They have a number on the door but I guess the managing person doesn’t care. I’ve beed here before and it is cosy but I guess it on their terms not yours. Well, it’s 1 am and after traveling 5 hrs I have to look for a room again. These people are not very trustworthy… that’s sad!!!a year agoRoom was super clean!! I had absolutely no issue while my little family and I stayed there! If you’re looking a cozy room at an amazing price I would definitely recommend it! I was greeted with a great attitude!! There was a bbq and basketball area I’m sure we had access to, but didn’t get to enjoy. Showers didn’t have an shampoo and conditioner, but that’s really nothing. And about having to take your own trash? I got mine ready for that, but when we came back in the evening they had already taken care of it, so I don’t think that was true. Wonderful place!! And I think they’re even let friendly!a year agoFor being a family establishment and only a 2-star it was pretty amazing. The room may be a little small but cute. The room was clean and they even have people that do the lawn. Everything from the outside to the inside was well kept and honestly can’t beat the price. I was running real late my first night and they accommodated by calling me and providing me my room information.a year agogreat price, great location, staff was really kind. It’s great for the price that you pay. It’s not fancy, but the bedrooms were really clean. The wifi wasn’t great, but it worked most of the time. The rooms have cable tv. Staff was great!! I would recommend this to someone who is trying to save some money and who doesn’t need all the bells an whistles at a hotel. It will work fine for a few nights. They also sell water and beer at the front desk, which is pretty great.

It has a bbq area to use. Also, a basketball court.

Rico, at the front desk went out of his way to be the most helpful in any way. Being that we were here for work and for a lengthy stay.
It felt very homely for us.

The air-conditioning unit leaked water causing the carpet to get wet. The dresser has soaked up the water causing it to swell and deteriorate. I had my backpack on the floor next to the couch. When I realized that the carpet was wet, I picked up my backpack and it had mold on it. After further investigation, I noticed the water had gotten into the wall and saw mold. I informed the front desk and maintenance came with a sop-vac and got up two containers full of water. I took my backpack to the front desk to show that it had mold. The person at the front desk didn’t know what to do and said he’d inform the manager and have them call me. After a week, I still didn’t hear back from the manager. I then went to the front desk and insured about the situation. The woman went to the back to speak to the manager and came back to tell me that there’s nothing they can do. I asked to speak with the manager. That’s when the manager, Roman Portes, came to the front desk. I explained the situation to him. He said that they would have taken it to have it dry cleaned because that’s what they do with their curtains when they get molded. That tells me they have a history of mold problems. Anyway. I didn’t want to leave a bad review, but they don’t want to help make this right. I forgot about the little ants. They were annoying. I ended up getting my own bug spray
Staff are great! They really treat you like family! Rooms have recent upgrades and beds are really comfortable. Tons of shopping within walking distance. Gave it a 4 for location because traffic is really congested in this area and making a left turn is a nightmare, but that’s not on the hotel. This is a favorite of family and friends when they visit.
Perfect for weekend getaway/shopping trips with family and/or friends. Very clean, upscale.
Staff turned off swimming pool pump and hot heater with several guest in it.
Loose electrical switches, and absolutely NO HOT WATER TO BATH IN AT 10 PM.
Staff told different stories of pool working , not working.
Sad… had I had know you have no ice machine, hot water sub standard accommodation… I would have stayed in my truck.
