3 weeks agoTim and Lee are very friendly and gracious people and they have become our Ohana.We came from Hawaii and really enjoyed the Maple Ridge House especially looking out and seeing all the greenery. We will go back home and share our experience with our family and friends. All I can say we’ll be back hopefully in the near future. The owners are fabulous very friendly and kind hearted. We would stay here again definitely.a year agoI couldn’t recommend Maple Ridge more! It’s perfect for a private solo recharge (which is just what I needed!) but also set up to host a whole group comfortably. The views are spectacular and the grounds very thoughtfully and beautifully manicured. The hosts are very attentive to needs you may have and are very receptive and warm. No matter how long you stay, you’ll wish you had more time!2 weeks agoBeautiful property close to Mt St Helens. Highly recommend!2 years agoTim and Lee were the most gracious and welcoming hosts. The place was beautiful and private but what made this place so special was the conversations and stories we shared with our hosts. Tim and Lee were so personable and they were the type of hosts that made us feel like a part of their family. I will return and stay with them the moment we make our way back to the area.

Do not stay here, extremely rude and unprofessional staff at the front desk. I reserved a room to stay here after a long 5 hour drive. I prepaid for the reservation on Expedia early in the morning before arriving. Explained to the staff that I misplaced my card along the way but the room was already paid for. They said there “was nothing they could do for me, good luck finding somewhere to stay”.
Although the location wasnt as great as first thought (apparently the old location was where we first thought we were staying until realizing that it was no longer owned by sonesta and instead turned into an apt complex? But still had a sonesta van outside?) Anyway after walking down the road about a mile in the rain with our luggage lol we made it! And to be honest the hotel completely 100 percent made up for it!! The suites were SUPERB. clean, spacious, just everything you would need and expect and hope for especially if staying for a few days and want somewhere that feels more like “home”. Kids loved it too! Thanks so much we will be back soon!
Clean, efficient and goes the extra mile literally. I am partially handicapped in I have lifting restrictions and cannot walk long distances. I hired a limo to take me to the airport but Carla, at the front desk, said she would gladly take me in the morning. So saved at least $100 on limo. At 8:00am three guys and I loaded into her van. She took them to work and then dropped me right at the Delta Skycap making getting to the gate so much easier. Thank you Carla and ES Sonesta. Cheers!
Clean and convenient, because of the kitchen. Slow elevator. The staff was helpful. After checking in, I needed recommendations for where to eat. Natalie looked up a few health-conscious restaurants for me. I couldn’t eat much at the breakfast due to dietary restrictions. However, it looked nice. Additionally, the apple cider was good! Lastly, the hotel is not too far from Portland.
My new favorite hotel in Portland/Vancouver. We were warmly greeted by Natalie and the hotel mascot Malone. As well as kindly served by Stacy when we returned from a local concert at midnight. All staff was very pleasant. Room was clean, inviting with comfy beds. Pool is nice and great pancakes. Thanks for topping off a great weekend.
