A situation in the shop while I was there proved her dedication to helping her customers have the best experience possible. Will be recommending her and this place to everyone!

  2. I’ve gotten pierced by Gina a few times before and have had no major issues at all. I went to get an inverse labret piercing and in my excitement and adrenaline filled state after getting pierced, I didn’t think to check the piercing from the inside as it looked fine on the outside. Turns out it looked crooked from the inside. So I went back to tell her the angle was off thinking she would be able to fix it for me. Instead she told me it settled that way because of the muscles in my lip and that she had to base the piercing off of how flat it looked from the outside. So basically there was nothing wrong with it. I decided to get a second opinion because I wasn’t sure it was actually fine. Ultimately found out the piercing was in fact crooked because it was not perpendicular to the tissue of my lip. It had to be pulled and has to heal before I can get it redone properly elsewhere. Again, I’ve never had an issue before so it is very unfortunate that this happened and I am saddened that I have to go through this for a piercing I was so excited to have.

    EDIT: The owner, William, reached out to me and was very helpful. He made me feel more at ease about the situation and handled it professionally. It is obvious he truly cares about his customers and how his business is run.

  3. Just needed to add another review to say how great Gina is with piercings! I’ve gotten my last few piercings from her over the last few years & I always leave the shop very happy. I went to see her last week to (finally) get my nipples pierced, something I’ve been wanting for years. Gina helped me feel very at ease and calm while she set everything up for my piercing. We chit chatted a little and boom my piercings were done and looking fantastic. I’m loving my new piercings so much- they look *perfect!* Thanks again to Gina and the shop for another wonderful experience!!

  4. Josh has done two tattoos on me and one on my wife and we both love the work done. Last night was the most recent one and josh stayed until almost 10pm (6hour piece)with me to get the tattoo finished. Really appreciated it due to the fact I don’t have free time on the regular so I had no idea when I could get back to finish the piece.

    I could not have asked for a smoother appointment. Expectations were laid out on the table in a clear manner, the environment was professional and friendly, and I did not have to wait to start treatment. Tattoo removal is expensive, but, if you’re considering it, I recommend this business. 5 Stars!

    Did my first session. Staff are friendly, professional and prompt. They walked me through the process and made sure I was comfortable. It’s too soon to tell if the treatments will be successful, but the staff are confident in a successful removal.

    100% recommend The Removery for your tattoo removal and fading needs. I went in for a consultation and they ended up squeezing me in for my first session. They were very informative, friendly and talked me down from my nerves. The removal itself was super quick and easy since my tattoo was so small. The pain felt the same as getting the tattoo.     I recently decided to get my very first tattoo. I was apprehensive and had no idea what to expect. Dead Presidents was everything I could have hoped for and more. Everyone I encountered made the experience easy. From the booking to the final product I could not have asked for more. My tattoo artist Natalie was amazing. She was warm and friendly addressed my concerns. She worked closely with me to create a tattoo that I would love and boy did she deliver. The end result was everything I wanted and more. Hands done the best person to work with for my first time and I will absolutely be going back to her for another. Thank you everyone at dead presidents for going above and beyond and making my first experience and hopefully not my last one memorable. Update: Got my 2nd tattoo… again from Natalie and she knocked it out of the park. Already planning my third. If I could add another star I would.

    I haven’t gotten my tattoo yet but I just got back from my consultation and Dave b is super friendly and understanding. I wasn’t sure what I wanted yet and he helped me and guided me through the whole thing and we came up with a great idea that I know he will crush. I wasn’t certain in anything, placement, and if I wanted a koi or dragon. But he helped me the whole way. Can’t wait for my appointment! Also you get what you pay for and I can see it will be worth every dollar! Edit: I got my outline and it is amazing! He said it would possibly take 3 hours it only took 2, therefore cost less than I expected that time around. Was very pleased experience it was my first big tattoo I never needed a break or felt uncomfortable a single moment. It was great conversation and all around just a great experience. Dave is awesome and I have an appointment at the end of this month to color and finish it. Here are photos of it when I first got done!
