What People Are Saying: 5 Customer Reviews

  1. I really wanted to like everything, but my wife’s sandwich was supposed to have cheese and horseradish and it only had the meat and bread. Although the dipping sauce tasted great, that detracted from the overall experience. My sandwich was delicious with a finely crusted bread, egg, and melted cheese I thoroughly enjoyed. The tomato and basil soup contained and ambundance of flavors without a salty base. I hope to go back and try again for a better experience and most of it was delicious.

  2. High expectations but a flat performance. Just enough to get 3 stars for being good, but not worth the $50 I spent for Saturday brunch. We each had a nouveau breakfast (avocado toast topped with an egg), but the egg was over cooked and the avocado under seasoned. The cinnamon roll “French toast” was more like a cinnamon roll that had just been heated on a flat top. The cafe latte had no sugar (or flavor). The best part of the meal were the lemon tarts, which are good but not worth $5 each. With the number of small diner/bistro restaurants in the area, we won’t be back soon, except maybe for a quick lunch when we want to try again.

  3. I came here with a group of ladies for a #momsnightout and even checked Yelp before ordering. So I was between the Nutella crepe and the chicken salad croissant. I went with the half croissant and tomato soup, delicious choice!!

The pace of service reminds me of Panera Bread or Jason’s Deli where you order your cafe-style food and then take your assigned table marker, or in this case a wooden spoon, to your table. The staff will bring your food to your table. The drink selection did include fresh unsweetened tea and mango tea (unsweetened), select coffee choices, and a soda fountain. The mango tea was quite good! I normally prefer sugar but I love a strong fruit tea so it worked for me.

After eating my chicken salad croissant I ended my dinner with a fruit cheesecake, so good! The berries on top were fresh and the the actual cheesecake was the perfect size to savor and not be stuffed.

The staff were all pleasant and even turned down the ac for us when we requested it, the party room got pretty stuffy! The tables were clean and drink station sanitary. Good experience!

  4. Although I don’t have a sweet tooth, I liked their danish and cheesecake. They are not too sweet, I found them to be the right amount of sweet. My wife who loves desserts also liked it. They have nice seating areas both indoor and outdoor. Nice employees. Although I didn’t try their other items, they looked delicious to me. We are gonna go again soon to try the other items.

  5. Have been a few times and it’s been a great experience each time. The first time, I made the mistake of sitting in front of the fireplace and was definitely toasty afterwards. There is plenty of seating inside and out. There are great menu options and some meals can be split. The tomato soup is very delicious!

Love the ambiance and our waitress was so so kind. She made me and my friend feel so happy by complimenting our outfits. The presentation of the food was amazing. I personally didn’t really like the texture and taste of the soufflés but I don’t think it has to do with their quality it’s just my personal taste. The bread was so good though. It’s complimentary too! Wish the portions were bigger of the food per the price but other than that I’m happy. Also I had left some items there and the staff kept it for me.

What a great experience. You open the doors and are instantly taken to a French place. The service is great, you can tell the staff truly wants you to have a pleasant experience. The chicken salad we had was delicious. The apple slices and goat cheese really complimented eachother. They were kind enough to plate the salad split between my girlfriend and I. I’m not one for sweet souffles, so I can’t speak for that part of their menu, however the ham and cheese souffle was delicious. Will definitely have to come back again.

Ok, this isn’t my kind of place but my wife made me go. If you like souffles and a French vibe this your place. My Southwest Chicken souffle was very good and the tomato based mushroom soup was also very good. Great infused tea and the bread and butter were awesome. Service was very good and knowledgeable. Definitely a place to try when you’re feeling something different. It is pricey but…..

Quite literally the best meal and service I have had in over a year. The restaurant style was cute, trendy, unique and casually elegant. All of the food was plated beautifully. The service was impeccable, like actually served from the left perfect, checked on us frequently, actually knew their wine list, we never felt rushed, manager makes his way to every table. I’m truly impressed.

Cute place with all kinds of souffles. The waiters were kind and helpful and the atmosphere was so nice. Definitely a charming small restaurant. This was my first time having a souffle and it was definitely nicely cooked, however I just learned I didn’t care for souffles that much. The dessert wait time for the souffles is a little long but the waiter tells you beforehand and expects you to order your dessert with your main course. Just however a little on the expensive side, but that’s expected for the area it’s located in. Overall great if you love souffles and a nice atmosphere, but their other meals are a little overprice if you get those.

The food is ok but they have no spoons. Their primary food offering is soup. They lady said they were washing them but it would be a while…,,let that sink in. Clearly the management is suspect here

I ordered a French Breakfast, and it was marvelous. The potato Gallette was cooked to perfection and I regretted not ordering one extra on the side. Even a simple two eggs over easy was special with the yolk runny and the whites were firm ant not runny or hard edges. Best of all I had an excellent breakfast which did not spike my glucose. I hear a sachet torte calling me but I’ll resist

We had a large group and they did a fantastic job of accommodating us. I love the food and will eat there again and again. I’ll also keep them in mind for groups. Thanks very much!

The food is good, it’s a cute restaurant. But oh my lord the management is horrible! Especially Rachel, she’s very rude and seems to always have an attitude. I’m not sure who put her in charge but I really hope the hire ups really reconsider her management position. And don’t even try and call, half the time they answer the phone they are always very snippy with you. I think I’ll start using the Hulen store, hopefully that one has better service.
