The room, sheets & towels smelled like cigarettes. The heater & the vent over the stove didn’t work. The stove burners starting smoking causing the smoke alarm to go off. A dead roach in the bathroom sink. I was in room 207 & I can’t speak about the rest of the rooms but this was terrible. Definitely not an 8.3 rating no matter how nice the staff was. I appreciate the stay but won’t be back.
The hotel lobby was dirty, no organization whatsoever, we got switched 3 times before we got to see a room because they were all occupied and the front desk didn’t know!! The smell of cigarettes is overwhelming
I have a great experience at this Hotel and especially Stacey offers the best customer service possible. She fixes any problem immediately and always performs quality service. I recommend her for a raise, bonus, vacation and promotion. Give that lady a medal.

Horrible…the manager was chasing working girls off the property….josh kirk was sneaking them right back in thru the side door…the place had no ice,luke warm water,most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept in,roaches,total dump.they have really gone down hill since my stay 10yrs ago….
This review is based on what took place on July 19 at 2:15pm. Tim Stringer, General manager allowed a low life plumber to tell him that the water to the hotel would be shut off at 10PM and would be turned back on at 6AM. I asked Tim point blank how am I going to get ready for work in the morning? No response. SURPRISE!!!This general manager left on schedule at 3PM. NOT ALERTING anyone in hotel of this about to happen. I was in the right place at the right time therefore I planned. NOBODY IN THIS HOTEL KNEW WHAT WAS ABOUT TO HAPPEN OVERNIGHT. Incidentally second time since last October. The water wasn’t turned backed on until Noon far beyond 6am. This disaster is not a reflection of the staff: Stacey, team lead- Connie, housekeeping. These two ladies run the the hotel. Will be taking this up with corporate and checking on the hotel laws in this state regarding treatment of guests as a slum lord and not notifying for a major resident event!. Yes I went there.
