What People Are Saying: 5 Customer Reviews

  1. An above average bakery with some really nice extras that you’ll just have to try for yourself. I was the second customer at this location when they originally opened. Since then things have went down in quality a little bit. We still like it, but it is waning. It is a fairly expensive dinner, thus the four stars. Location is good, customer service is good, the food is just not as fresh as it used to be.

  2. We dined in. It was clean, and not too crowded when we arrived, so ordered quickly. (It’s almost like cafeteria style.)
We enjoyed our food with friends and did relax and visit for a few. They do have outside tables, whenever it’s warmer out!

  3. Walked in & was greeted right away, they’re very kind – checked for nuts in the pastries, and kept the store super clean! I only got some dessert but it was a good experience, I’ll have to come back for a sandwich or soup.

  4. I ordered the la Madeleine chicken dish. The flavor of the chicken was really good, the broccoli, however, was way undercooked. It needed to be steamed a few minutes longer. The rice I didn’t care for at all.
The fireplace is a nice touch. Nice atmosphere, and there is outdoor seating.

  5. Stopped in for a quick lunch. We both got the Pick 3. Tomato Basil Soup is always tasty and rustic. Cesar Salad was ok, kinda watery. Pasta Salad had fresh flavor and a well cooked texture. The Pecan Salad was fresh, with great balsamic dressing. The French Onion soup was cold, not the best rich flavor you’d expect from traditional French onion soup. Chicken Salad was good, had an abundance of celery and green onion, plus was not dry. At over $16+ each for lunch, an average value.

The photo says everything you need to know. The food was delicious and service is great. The chef obviously cares about his work because he came out to make sure we were enjoying our meal. There was a beautiful video playing on their TV of the chef making his crepes, croissants, etc that was so fun to watch! My only criticism is that the food was served on paper plates and my salad was pretty warm because it was so close to my crepe. But as you can see, I ate every bite!!!

Just wow. Been here twice and this place blows my mind. Best french pastries I’ve had in many many years. Everything made the right way with no short cuts. Apple tart. The crust was a rich buttery and crunchy. Loaded with apple slices cooked to perfection and perfect amount of sweetness. Strawberry tart with custard. The crust was perfect again. Loaded with large delicious strawberries. The custard had a hint of lemon adding a little citrus overtone. Creme brulee. The custard is prepared to order. Once ordered the kitchen creates the caramelized sugar crust. This is the real deal not the fake stuff you find at the store. If you have not had a real creme brulee, this is it Will be a regular customer here

Very disappointing! I had high hopes for this cute place, but it was an epic fail on multiple levels. We placed our order at the counter for two. Our order consisted of a pastry, two cappuccinos, and two crepes totaling $45+. We were given a number for our table and the food was delivered on PAPER PLATES! I was kind of in shock that we just paid $45 for brunch to have it served like this. The cappuccinos tasted like water and had no hint of coffee taste. I don’t know if the machine was broken or out of beans and no one noticed, but it was so bad we both threw them out. The pastry was great, but the crepes were bad (thick and doughy) and had zero flavor. Even my boyfriend who doesn’t often complain said it was one of the worst meals he’s had in Tulsa.

We love this place! Everything we’ve ordered has been excellent. The quiche is wonderful and huge but it comes with this fresh salad with a delicious home made vinaigrette. And the cafe venoisse is so yummy. We drive 25 minutes just for it! Highly recommend! My 12 year old said his strawberry Nutella crepe was the best thing he’s ever eaten! Service is very friendly but home made takes time so be patient, sip a great drink and enjoy! Very authentic from my experience.

Great staff. Great location. Wonderful ambiance. Delicious food. Went here for my anniversary dinner and my wife and I did have a great time. Food was more than anticipated; had no room for desert. We both had the chef’s specialty, fish and lamb respectively.

Date night at this place was pretty good! When we went they were short staffed and still made it a point to act like we were the only ones in the restaurant. The bartender/waiter/hero was amazing. The food was good although I wished my steak was actually seasoned, however not a bad ribeye. The vibe was really cool and we felt comfortable. I recommend this place as a new try it out spot.

We came here for our anniversary dinner and it so happened to be a wine dinner. It was a beautiful spread, great food, and good wine. The owner and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel special for our occasion. I had requested escargot and they were able to accommodate that and everyone there got to enjoy it as well. The wine group that was there gifted us two very nice bottles of wine also. We are from Houston, but when we come back to Tulsa, this will be our first stop. Thank you for such a great evening!

Stunning hospitality and food experience. Went for a friend’s birthday and we all had an amazing time. The only small change I’d suggest is that they improve their Old Fashioned…seemed they felt the need to top it off with soda water.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at a restaurant that left a great impression on me. The cocktails and salad were exceptional, and the ambiance was delightful. The service was also noteworthy, as the servers were very attentive and professional.
