We found this place in a pinch, as our new home build was delayed and our lease was ending. Todd was very accommodating and flexible on extending our check out date even further than we initially needed. We brought all of own dishes, bathroom necessities, etc, but the apt is fully stocked if you do need anything. The jet tub was also a huge bonus! The unit is on the 3rd floor which we liked- less noise that way, and it’s right in between an elevator and stairs, making it convenient. We didn’t have any issues whatsoever. Communication was quick and effective, instructions were clear. Would highly recommend.
Lakeside venue was everything! Property was wonderful- had everything I needed from kitchen, bathroom supplies, to well stocked basics in kitchen. Clean and crisp! All streaming services on TV but honestly the proximity to the lake and activities as well as attractions to the local DFW metroplex was more than ideal to navigate the area in confidence! The pool is beautiful, views from the top floor gym were amazing! Even the community spaces were really elegant and welcoming! Business center with computers; good high speed internet so I didn’t have to miss a beat with virtual meetings while I traveled. I absolutely loved my stay and would return in a heartbeat. Todd and staff were very responsive to my messages so I never had to wait around wondering about something. Thanks Todd and TCHS! Hope to return to you all soon! To others considering—I highly recommend this host and this property!
Wonderful place to stay in Allen, TX. Convenient to everything in the area, literally 30 seconds from highway 75. Host is very responsive to all questions. Stayed here for a week for a little family get-away over a holiday week and we both loved it. Very comfortable and quite new. Great kitchen, roomy bath, nice balcony. Highly recommended.
DIRTY… Horrible Cell phone service… Broken stove. I brought my family here and planned to stay there a while but we just could not rough it out. The carpet was filthy, the lighting fixtures and baseboards were extremely dusty. They obviously keep the cleaning fee and don’t have it professionally cleaned. When I reached out concerning these issues nothing was done. It was too late they had our money. In addition check out is 9am! There are too many other nice air bnb priced the same and much nicer with better management. The area is convenient right next to the 121. However it’s NOT worth it. Stay away.
TCHS cancelled on me less than 2wks from my stay. Found out they also cancelled numerous rooms for others attending the same event. I called and emailed for over a week with no email replies and nobody answered phones or responded to voice mails. Terrible communication so i would avoid using them at all costs.
