  1. There is usually is hardly any wait, everyone is friendly. I love Liz, she’s always bubbly and happy.
    The only problem I have is with your cancelation policy. Sometimes I have a migraine, and you don’t know 72 hrs before to call and cancel or reschedule. I think there should be an exception for times like this. Thank you, for always taking care of me.

  2. I’ve been going to Phoenix Skin for years now. The front desk staff are friendly and knowledgeable and quick. Ramona the NP is awesome, very good, better than a lot of doctors, and fast. Yet takes time to explain things if I need more information. I appreciate Phoenix Skin’s efficiency, professionalism and positive, friendly staff.

Dr. Walter’s, is a gem 💎 I just love her, she always walks in with a big smile, and a welcoming greeting, 😃👍she always ask how I am doing, if I am ok during procedure, and if there is anything else she can help me with, before she moves on to her next patient, I really appreciate that. Her staff is super friendly as well, I always feel good about my visits to Phoenix Skin because of them. Thank you!🫶

  5. Phoenix Skin rocks for several reasons:
    The support staff are top notch, friendly, and knowledgeable. Both via phone or in person.
    The Docs and PAs always take the time to fully explain conditions, procedures, and after care.
    The midtown Phoenix office is two doors up from one of the best Delis in AZ: Cheese n’ Stuff. The New Yorker sandwich is my Achilles heel!

    I can only sing praises of the amazing ladies of LaserAway Haley & Kayla, especially my nurse Audra at the location on 44th street in Phoenix! My every experience is always filled with excitement, and listened to of specific areas of treatment I’m looking to do- never pressed or pushed and then told of all the packages and options that are available, thanks to the knowledgeable ladies Haley and Kayla! I have treated myself to many services from fillers to laser hair removal! Each visit is a fun and such a pleasant experience- my friends are always eager to hear about any new treatments I’ve had and then try it out for themselves. I am so glad I’ve had the Brazilian laser hair removal, along with underarm and face! I’ve recently had my lips plumped, which they look natural and I have gotten so many compliments that’s to my amazing nurse Audra who gave me an amazing pout and also my maintenance laser appointments. I look forward to future treatments and recommend anyone who is wanting to treat themselves, this location is for you to enjoy the full experience as I have!!

    The staff is friendly and kind, always willing to help. I would Not recommend laser hair removal for men at this location. I paid 1100 bucks for them to remove hair from my mustache and unfortunately after 9 sessions I really didn’t see any results and just stopped going. The prices are super duper high for them not to provide good results. Please choose wisely before spending any money here. You could get better results elsewhere and cheaper. Thanks

    Honestly I was super nervous to try laser hair removal but the staff made me feel so relaxed and comfortable and I’m so happy I went through with it! They were all very knowledgeable and made me feel good about my decision. Will definitely be back!

    Started my tattoo removal back in 2021 and just starting a new one! Had the best experience as they made it super easy and convenient in all aspects. Haley especially made my life sooo much simpler guiding me through everything from start to end!

    I was contacted by a representative and was asked if I was interested in any other service other than the ones I was already receiving. I said that I was interested in cheek fillers. The representative via text message said they had a special buy 2 syringes get one free. Total price that I was given was $1500. I told her that was great and to send me an invoice. She sent the invoice via email which I paid. Then I sent her proof that the invoice was paid via text message. I finally called a few weeks later to make an appointment to get my cheek fillers. When I arrived to my appointment they did not honor the price that I was given. They said the representative had made a mistake. I even showed them the text messages and they still would not honor the price given to me. Instead they said they could do 1 syringe for $1500. I said absolutely not just give me a refund. The front lady that was working with me said give me a minute and let me see what else I can do. After 10 minutes or so she returns and says the best she can do is two syringes for $1500. Again, I said absolutely not because that was not what was sold to me. I told her that I wanted that three syringes that I was told that I was paying the $1500 for. She again said she could not honor that price for 3 syringes. I told her just to give me a full refund if they would not honor what was told to me during the text messages. So sadly I did not get my cheek fillers, however I did receive a refund.
