  1. I went in with my daughter who was getting a piercing, and I asked if they could fix my ear piercing that was done as a child because I have a tear after an accident. They took a quick look and said they could definitely work with what I had. The girl who pierced my ears was so nice and did a wonderful job.   3. Super friendly staff!! The girl at the front desk was sweet and made me feel welcome. My piercer, Siren, was super sweet too and made me feel comfortable and at ease. She was very professional and pierced me in no time and made sure I was happy with the placing of the piercing before and afterwards. Highly recommend her to anyone looking to get their next piercing!

    I’ve also gotten tattooed here before by Teresa. She’s so funny and a great artist! Definitely recommend her to anyone looking for their next tattoo!! All around…great place and wonderful staff!! 🙂

  4. Ray was wonderful. I came in indecisive, but he was patient & walked me through each piece of the artwork ensuring I was completely happy before sketching it up. The detail in the tattoo is superb & more than I imagined. He was incredibly respectful, I chose a delicate area on my abdomen. He ensured I was comfortable before he touched any part of my body, which went above & beyond any other experience I’ve ever had from any other artist & it was greatly appreciated!
    Ray’s professionalism, artwork, & talent are top notch. Recommend 10/10

  5. My 12-year-old son and I went in for ear piercings, he wanted his earlobe done, and I was trying to decide between a rook or a daith. Front desk people were super nice/helpful and one of them would turn out to be our piercer, Chris. When I tell you, this man was knowledgeable, I’m talking everything from jewelry choices, to the structure of the ear, and what I wanted my piercing to look like in the end result. He took the time to explain everything to my son, and I, and I have been pierced before, so I was not new to it, but some things have changed since my last one. I would recommend Stay True 1000 times over, and I’m glad I chose this location. I’ll be going back soon to get my left rook done!

    My best friend and I went earlier today to get snake bites piercings. Patty was amazing! She was super sweet, she worked quickly, and since she was explaining the aftercare while putting the needle through, I paid more attention to her than to the actual needle. I was a bit nervous since it was my first piercing, but that anxiety quickly melted away when I met her. Great prices, great staff, great environment. I would definitely recommend this place. Also, the piercings didn’t hurt at all. My only complaint was the miscommunication we experienced beforehand. We were originally told she was out and would be back by 2:30, which we were fine with, but when we called to check if she was in, someone told us she wouldn’t be in until 5:30. I called again to just make an appointment since we had been waiting in the car, but it turned out she was already in. Even with that experience, I still give this place 5 stars.

    Got my nose pierced roughly two years ago. Was definitely nervous. The entire store was clean! Yes, was paying attention. Was important to me given I was getting a piercing. Can’t remember her name but she did well explaining everything. Didn’t hurt in the slightest. Had called ahead to make an appointment. The wait was slightly unreasonable. The price was worth it. Have enjoyed it since!! Minus the little things. Have nothing bad to say about it. Thank you!

    i love this place. they are such a nice calming business i’ve gotten two piercing a bridge and a anti eyebrow piercing and they honestly didn’t hurt but the person who pierced me was very nice and calming and she helped in directing so it wouldn’t hurt so bad great place

    Looking out for what is best for you and your piercing. Called about a repierce, but they said it would be best to wait and not irritate the healing process and avoid a keloid. Appreciated the advice!

    My wife was very disappointed in this facility she paid over $4000 to have laser hair removal on 3 spots of her body we are 3 months past her contract agreement and still growing hair with . this price I figured they would guarantee no hair as the ads say there’s much better places in town that are half the price that have a lot newer equipment. My wife complained at the end of her contracted agreement and stated that her hair was still growing out they were gonna charge her more money and I think that is completely unfair they also kept their equipment turned down and not turned up like it’s supposed to be . Talking to other people that went were very disappointed with his facility as well I do not recommend Any of their other services

    I had the best experience at American Laser med spa! From the beginning to the end and from making appointments for my convenience, there was not one complaint. Alyssa was there throughout the whole experience and she was so sweet! She always made sure I was comfortable and always asked me if the levels were okay. She was super fun and always so accommodating and when she would explain things she made me feel more confident and less nervous. I highly recommend American Laser med spa thanks to Alyssa!

    I used a Groupon deal to get 6 laser hair removal treatments done here. With the Groupon deal, you pay all the money upfront through Groupon. I had a great experience with the technicians because they were always very friendly and that’s the only reason I’ll be giving it two stars. I did my consultation in August and started treatment in September. Everything was fine until I showed up for my 6th appointment and they told me I would have to pay for this treatment because I had already done 6 treatments so this one wouldn’t be included in the Groupon deal. I tried to explain to the lady that this was only my 6th appointment because I had been scheduled out 8 weeks multiple times, and skipped a few months and if she could check the records she would see that this was only my 6th time. She checked the records and told me again this was my 7th treatment and I would have to pay for it. So I left my number with her to have her manager reach out when she was back in the office and never heard back. It has been months. I kept track of all my appointments and even looked through my own records to confirm that it wasn’t an error on my end. Even if I had been incorrect, how would you not tell me at my last appointment when scheduling my next one that I would have to pay extra for it. Or tell me before I drove into the office for the next appointment ???

    Good experiences all around. I had hair removal with Kate and facials with Miranda. Both of them are completely professional, friendly, and informative. It kept me coming back for more services. I’ve never not felt taken care of. They try to remain very flexible and never cut off or rush through the time needed for my services. The new location has improved. They always keep it clean and comfortable. I keep my eyes peeled for discounts and specials, because although it runs out of my price range, you can catch a good deal every once in awhile. If not, I look forward to my birthday facial each year. A free facial during a scheduled time during your birth month. Definitely check that out. It’s the perfect gateway to learn more about their other services and see exactly how awesome these ladies are.
