Had my rating been solely on this, they would get every star, but unfortunately I am also rating the effectiveness of the service for laser hair removal and cool sculpting. Cool sculpting is pricey, and not effective at all. I had one treatment that was so painful and not worth my money. I saw no difference even almost a year later. I decided not to have a second session as it was so painful and didn’t see any result from the first session. The laser hair removal was only to touch up some areas but that also did not work. I had 6 monthly treatments, and I still have hair growth. I hoped this final attempt would eliminate the last of the hair growth but that was not the case. My entire experience has been horrific. I even had a board certified surgeon look at my treated areas and he had nothing nice to say about this facility or my treatments. I’ve been burned, scarred and I have no results. I’ve been receiving laser hair treatment for 2 years and I haven’t seen any results. The first tech I had was soon fired after my first treatment, the second one was the manager who said she didn’t know what she was doing and now has also been fired. Third tech, fired. Today the new tech said everyone in the entire office has been fired. Wow! They can’t keep a knowledgeable staff. Don’t bother calling corporate. I had to file 3 complaints to even get one call back and when I did, she extremely discourteous and unapologetic for any of my complaints. Today, she called me a liar, said she’d refund me for her employees being untrained and selling me the wrong package, but when I accepted the refund, she threw a child like tantrum and quickly said she wouldn’t refund me. She said she’d only refund me if I continued treatment. No thanks, I’ve been burned and scarred enough by this “spa”. Bipolar, rude, unprofessional and a total lack of customer service. She is the one that does my treatments and I could not be more comfortable. She is very flexible with my schedule and helps me accommodate the times. Besides that, she is very VERY patient with my dramatics and low pain tolerance. Every time I go, I enjoy talking to her and the whole session. Shout out to Hazel at the El Paso Removery clinic! I have been to several locations all over Texas and this one has been the best experience. Hazel was gentle, caring, and very informed about the removal process. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to start their tattoo removal journey.
I made an appointment to get my microblading removed and I had such a wonderful experience. Kim and Hazel are so kind and helpful. They explained the entire process very thoroughly and I absolutely love my results. I couldn’t recommend them enough !!
Outstanding Service. Ms. Hazel assisted us, she was great at explaining the process and how to treat the tattoo after the laser session. They even follow up days later to see how you’re doing.
We recommend you get the package vs paying per sessions. Package is one set price until tattoo is fully removed. If you pay per session, it will cost you more.
Ms. Hazel will set laser just enough not to scar you. Even if you want them to go aggressive they won’t do it. The reason being is that it might scar you. Be patient, it’s worth it.
Ask for Hazel, she’s extremely knowledgeable.
I’ve been going to Removery for almost a year and a half now and I have been so pleased with Hazel and her services. I had a tattoo with deep ink that I have been wanting to remove for so long and I’m so glad I finally did it. If you are wanting to remove an old or new tattoo I highly recommend Removery! I will admit that it is painful but Hazel was the best in making sure I was comfortable! So professional and kind!
Sometimes, I’m a bit skeptical when a place has too many good reviews, but this place has honestly earned every bit of good review they receive.
Hazel, in one word, would be informative. I’m convinced she lives and breathes tattoo removal because she really went in depth when explaining the process and answering all our questions.
My husband and I made the mistake of going to med spas first to try and remove his tattoo. His tattoo was already significantly faded, but after going to 5 plus sessions, it looked exactly the same!
Hazel did in just one session what other places couldn’t do in 5. Now that speaks for itself. She genuinely cares about her patients, and I think that’s actually what matters the most. Very impressed with this place and Hazel. I wish we would’ve just gone here first.
