  1. I’ve been going here for years. It started great and then COVID hit and like many other businesses thier services took a hit. I almost considered not using them anymore (it was difficult getting appointments during that time) but I’m glad I suck with them. The service is great again if not better! The ladies in the office are very pleasant and the nurses who did my treatments were/are always professional. The company as a whole recognized the problem with appointments and stood up an entire department to address the issue and so far I’ve not had issues getting my appointments. GREAT JOB!

  2. My initial appointment was canceled because there was no one available to perform the laser hair removal, and I rescheduled for a week later. There were not enough nurse technicians to service all the clients. I was squeezed in between two other appointments. I was told at the previous appointment that I could get my armpits touched up at my next appointment, but the nurse said she didn’t have time for that, and she rushed through the treatment on my legs, and I’m worried she may have missed some spots. My next appointment is scheduled for 10 weeks from now, because there’s nothing available 6-8 weeks from now. Ideal Image should make sure they can handle the clients they already have, before soliciting new customers.

  3. Today was my first time going to get lip filler.. my whole experience there was amazing! The girls were so welcoming and comforting. Any questions I asked they were answered. Katy was the one that did my fillers and she was very informational, asked me all types of questions so we could make sure that we reached the results that I wanted! The process is very easy and honestly not as painful as I thought it would be! I’m someone that doesn’t like anything in my face especially people, she made it very comfortable for me and made sure I was comfortable the whole time! If you’re interested in getting any type of cosmetic procedure done I would recommend going to ideal image and seeing Katy!

  4. I have been an Ideal client since 2019 in Texas and I just moved to Georgia. This is my second appointment at the Augusta clinic. My first treatment was wonderful with Nurse Heather. And my second, I had the pleasure of treating by Nurse Katy. I really appreciate the staff here; they are so friendly each time I come in and when I make my next appointments. LHR is worth it and these ladies make it even better!

  5. I had a laser hair appointment scheduled for 5/27. As I walked into ideal image, I was informed that my appointment was cancelled due to lack of confirmation. The facility had my notifications turned off so I never received an option to confirm my appointment. I received an apology and was offered an appointment a month later with assurances to reach out with an earlier appointment if possible. I was really looking forward to starting this process and I now have to wait an extra month…I hope it’s worth it….

    Update! Ideal image has rescheduled my appointment without my permission or a phone call. I received an email today moving my appointment from 6/24 to 6/26, which is a work day for me…I don’t what is happening with this company but I haven’t received any treatments yet and I am already experiencing such difficulties receiving my treatment…

    My son went here for his first tattoo. We had gone to a few other shops before we ventured into Lucky 7 tattoo and none of them compared to this place. When we walked in we were greeted by the guy at the front desk who seemed genuinely excited to be there working there. He told us who he felt would be the best artist to do my son’s tattoo and we were able to meet and get the design drawn up and a price and date set. We came back in for the tattoo and the atmosphere was still great. The shop is extremely clean. Each artist had their own room/set up going and our guy put my son at ease. When I had to step out to grab something to eat the people at the front were polite and didn’t give me any gruff about coming back in after the closing time. I highly recommend this shop for anyone looking to get a tattoo. From what I saw all of the artists were very talented and everyone was very nice to us. Clean shop, great atmosphere, talented artists…10 out of 10!

    Crystal did a phenomenal job on my tattoo! The building was clean and everyone was really nice. I came in with an idea that just wouldn’t work and crystal consulted with me to help me formulate the perfect design so that I was happy and that I had realistic expectations. You can tell she takes a lot of pride in what she does and it shows in the amazing quality of her work. Will be recommending everyone to come here from now on.

    If you want a piercing go see Jill and Kyla down at lucky 7’s on broad street. I’ve had multiple piercings done here, and I have never been let down. They back up their work and product. If you loose a ball or anything on your jewelry they will replace it for you. Best in town no doubt! – Recommend by Bridgette.B

Her bedside manner is so calming; she has a way of making you feel comfortable regardless of the intimacy of the situation. Kyla is a professional who really excels at what she does, and her passion shows in the care she takes as she works with you in every step of the piercing process, starting with her environment, which feels safe and immaculately clean; she has always ensured that I was happy with the placement of each piercing before performing them. She provides concise and clear aftercare instructions as well.

    This place is awesome! My first experience was as a walk in and they were great! They are extremely efficient and professional, even though they are insanely quick , their work is outstanding. My friend and I have been 3 times now and we will ABSOLUTELY be back. Kerry did 2 for me and she killed it!! She came up with an idea that was unique and turned out so much better than I ever imagined. Then she even took some time after the tattoo to look up ideas for my next tattoo. That was something she did not have to do, because they were quite busy as they always are, but it was something I truly appreciated. Marley and Phillip did one each for my friend and they are both excellent! My oldest son did the mystery tattoo for his first ever tattoo and chuck was great and made it look fantastic. I cannot say enough good things about this group of people, they stay busy all the time and probably see hundreds of people per week, but somehow still remember us when we come in. They will be getting my business for a long time to come. Oh and the prices are more than fair and reasonable, and everyone we have come into contact with has taken immense pride in their work and with good reason too. If you are thinking of getting a tattoo or piercing, there is no doubt that this is the place you should go. Thank you guys so much you are more than worth the trip from Columbia SC every time.

    I have used Allegiance Ink for tattoos and piercings throughout the years and I must say, everyone there feels like family now. Wren has been phenomenal and worked with me through several jewelry changes and always helps me find just the right jewelry. I have several tattoos by Phillip.
