- Reviews:When you first walk in there’s a sanitizer job station with hand sanitizer and masks. This is a great sign! I loved to see a shop like this value cleanliness and public safety! The employees are super relaxed and very nice. Comfortable seating for waiting and fast process to get waiver info out of the way. Would definitely recommend this place, shoutout to Casey for doing mine. Very thoughtful and calming through the process. I started going to Ryan in 2019 for a complete removal of a face tattoo. I was quoted for around 8 sessions for complete removal. I trusted the process and followed directions and after completing the 8 sessions with almost no results and never any good communication about my concerns of my results with Ryan I stopped going completely in 2021. I never informed him that I was going to stop going, I just stopped. He has never once contacted me in two years about my next appointment or follow up on why I am not continuing. I thought maybe it was my body not pushing out the ink. Fast forward I have done my research and starting this over with a highly rated company and have had more success in ONE session with them then EIGHT with Ryan. Also, I’ve been told that the laser Ink Blasters use is NOT meant for tattoo removal. I would have swelling, purple bruising and blisters every session with Ink blasters. The smell of my skin burning. I’ve had zero of that with a different company. -Scheduling is fast and easy – main contact for this was Kelsey, and Katlyn and Abby are also very helpful.
-Most of my treatments were done by nurses Grace, Kelly and Crystal – all very friendly, personable and kind.
-Also always pleasant interaction with all the personnel at the location including Clinic Manager Jennie and the other nurses working there

I have a friend who said they had countless sessions and still had more to do at a different company. I figured the full body package was for me so I didn’t end up in the same boat. The staff has always been very respectful of me. And I’ve seen really great results! Just remember it’s a team effort. Technicians can’t read your mind and it’s best to be vocal about what you need.
I’ve had only one treatment and notice a huge difference in hair re-growth (or lack there of) already! I wish I would have added on legs! Highly recommend and worth every penny when compared to waxing (way less painful too).
