Today was my last session for under arms and full bikini laser hair removal. Everyone I’ve seen for my treatments has been amazing! I was running 10-15 min late ( 1st time) today and called the automatic number and told them to please call the store to tell them. Which they didn’t. So when I showed up they had thought I was a no call no show. LINDSEY was super nice and personable. She took me in right away so I wouldn’t miss my last treatment. She was professional quick and efficient! I highly recommend the Shrewsberry location. I just wish that ideal image as a whole would find a way for clients to get in direct touch with individual locations. Thanks again Lindsey!
The staff is great. Every time I am there Leslie greets me like a friend. She is very nice and always help with anything thats needed. Once you go back, you’re greeted with Mikaela, with a laser on hand she’s quite intimidating and scary because of how much she enjoys her job, but because of that she makes the whole experience a lot better. Can always have a nice conversation and makes the treatment seems like a breeze.
Been coming here for laser hair removal for months now and I absolutely love it. Amanda is great and the girls at the front desk are awesome as well. Thank you ladies for making the process and my life much easier! Highly recommend ❤️
I cannot say enough good things about this location. I am here quite frequently and has always been a positive experience. The nurses are amazing and always make you feel comfortable throughout your service. Leslie the first face you see when you walk in is always helpful and efficient. She always has a smile on her face and great at fitting in those last minute changes or appointments. I highly recommend this location.
