  1. I wanted to come in a second time before writing a review, cause there’s just no way these people are this nice all the time. Spoiler alert: They are! Both times have been absolutely great experiences. Francisca is so patient and understanding and makes the whole service so comfortable and anxiety free. I originally only wanted to try waxing once, but after being met with such amazing customer service the first time, and now the second time, it has become part of my monthly routine. The ladies at the front desk are also so so sweet and informative. This is the place to go to for first timers, or for anyone who waxes regularly for that matter. They have almost 5 stars for a reason! Also, you get amazing samples your first time that actually do what they’re supposed to, and smell so so good. Highly recommend.

  2. They are amazing, Samantha is my go to after a lady I was seeing before moved away. Samantha is the best and knows her stuff, I would definitely recommend her 100%!! She is thorough and thoughtful, there is always something to talk about with her which adds to being comfortable during the whole process. I’m never disappointed when I leave.

  3. Great experience: easy check-in, appt started on time, but my specialist Maddie really made the the whole experience! Maddie was very informative every step of the way and was extremely personable. She was very professional but felt like your long lost friend at the same time. I’ll definitely be coming back, and booking with Maddie!

  4. I’m sure they are all great but ASK & BOOK with SAM, Samantha. She would make any premium for services well worth it…including a generous tip!!! There are plenty of salons that provide these services… some less expensive and others more but, if you ask me, you can not put a price tag on customer service. Sam is more than experienced and provides A+ results but, more than that, the customer service she provides is a very rare find. A majority of the time you get what you pay for; cheap is “cheap” and rarely results in a satisfied client. With Sam, it doesn’t matter; it’s evident she puts her best self and work forward regardless of any financial benefit. I highly recommend her!!!!! Tell her I sent you. 🙂

  5. So professional, but fun! It’s clean and I just have a wonderful time going here. My girl Jessica has never made it awkward and she is definitely the only person I want servicing me. Love her so much and I’m so glad I found this place! Don’t go to some cheap little shop! European wax center is the only one I’ve felt comfortable being in and genuinely looking forward to going to. I’ve been going every month for almost a year and I don’t think I’m going to stop anytime soon. If your looking to get waxed, this is the place, and I recommend using Jessica cause she is just a joy to be around!

    While expensive, you get what you pay for at Milan Laser. I have been treated from my nose to my toes at Milan Laser. Milan Laser has a treatment structure that you get unlimited hair removal sessions and unlimited touch ups. For my areas that are done with treatment, I get a touch up about once a year. The hair removal is permanent with the touch ups required only for all new follicles. The staff is very friendly and are supportive of LGBT+ people. The laser is high quality and gives a spurt of cold air with each shot to help with pain. The laser that Milan Laser uses is much better than the laser that I tried using a decade ago at a dermatologist. Some areas can be completed in just a few months where other areas can be more stubborn. I highly recommend Milan Laser.

    I absolutely love Milan! The staff is so so nice and personable they make you feel so welcomed and comfortable. The girls at the front desk right when you walk in are such beauties exactly some place your excited to walk into! They are such a gems for sure! Both my laser ladies are fabulous they make sure I am feeling okay and comfortable during my laser sessions so that is very much appreciated! They give great conversation and I really over all just love the experience! I highly recommend booking with Milan today! I promise its a game changer and you will never look back!

    Milan Laser has really changed my life! Today, I was shaving my legs for my appointment and thought, dear god this is so annoying 😩! I’m so glad I only have to shave before my appointments now! If you are on the fence – I can tell you it’s worth every penny, especially with their great payment plan options. I’ve had several body areas done, and at first when you’re looking at your pricing options, it can feel like the price is high. But looking back over the last couple years, no longer having to worry about if my legs are prickly or not shaving my underarms daily anymore has been more than worth it. I just paid my monthly payment and all went fine. It is very affordable if you have a steady job. When I tally up all the time I’ve saved these past few years and stress I’ve avoided, especially because it’ll last me THE REST OF MY LIFE – it is SO worth it. Consider it an investment in yourself and your happiness. Now I never have to worry if I’m ready for a date, or if my underarms are stubbly when I want to wear a tank top. I literally had a guy tell me I had nice underarms, like what? That is priceless😂! Do yourself a favor and consider doing a free consult. The staff are so welcoming and friendly. All my providers have been so accommodating and professional, and they tailor the treatments based on your skin/hair type and your needs.     Listen, does laser hair removal feel good? No. At least not for me. But the girls who work here are the kindest, most patient you’ll find. They keep my appointments fun and we end up having a good laugh throughout. They are all professional and I feel extremely comfortable there. The results I’m seeing are huge and so worth it and I’m not even done with my sessions yet! Try it, it’s a rewarding experience.

    I have been going to Milan Laser Clinic ever since the last quarter of 2022. I do not want to make a review immediately because i want to see the result first before me recommending to my family and friends or to anyone. I am doing my laser hair removal on my armpit and my face. So far it has been great. I am about at 90% hair free on my underarms and about 80% hair free on face. Thank you Milan and the whole crew for a very wonderful experience. I have been very happy with your service and for sure use you for my legs. Hopefully very soon. The staff are great. They deserve all the praises in the world. From the consultation to the front office to the techs, i am very very happy with your service.     Great, friendly place for Laser Hair Removal! To get started very friendly explains a lot to you help you figure out if it’s the right fit or not. Lots of options for hair removal. Flexible in their scheduling. Contacts you after first treatment to make sure everything went OK and check to see if there’s any side effects. They are available in case you have any questions, very very friendly. After my first session, I noticed a drastic reduction and hair I would say probably about 80%. It doesn’t hurt with the blast of that cool air but it does sting a little but not for long. They have it set up so you can also have aloe right available, any lotion to help with right after the treatment. They have great promotions for discounts throughout the year. They will also do a test area so if there is a area that you’re interested in possibly getting hair removal and you aren’t quite sure they’ll test that area for you to see how it went and if it’s something that you want to continue. I got my face, arms, and under arms done and wonder why I didn’t do this along time ago. Will be getting other areas to, loving the fact that I don’t have to shave and will definitely in the long run save money, not buying all the shaving products. Highly Recommend.

    I love Milan! First of all, the front desk girlies are just so friendly. Secondly the professionalism of the nurses doing the treatments is a breath of fresh air. They make sure you’re comfortable throughout the entire process. Thirdly and most importantly, I saw results after only 1 session! All bodies are different but I highly recommend giving them a moment of your time if you’re interested! They won’t push you into anything, but I promise you won’t regret getting your laser hair removal treatment here!

    I absolutely LOVE this place! I was so nervous to start this journey as I used to do Brazilian waxes and never got very satisfying results from that. When I decided to start laser hair removal, they sat me down and explained everything so well. I was super nervous that it was going to be super painful; however, I would say if you can do waxing then you can DEFINITELY do laser hair removal (I think waxing is more painful). I have received 8 treatments so far and let me tell you, the results are OUTSTANDING! The staff are always so welcoming and will answer all of your questions or concerns. This was definitely a life changing decision in the best possible way. I would recommend this to anyone looking to start their permanent hair removal!
